Excelente Calidad Precio como si fuera un hotel de mejor categoria por el precio pagado.
Pros:

Ubicacion a 3 cuadras de la plaza central, las camas comodas, habitacion muy limpia y con un aroma de hotel de lujo, baño e instalaciones todo en excelente estado, muy buen hotel relacion calidad y precio, Atencion de primera. Hay barra de cafe y panecitos 24 hrs, ahi mismo en recepcion puedes comprar tours, el internet funciona perfecto en todas las habitaciones.

Cons:

En mi caso que llegue de noche estacionamiento esta separado del hotel y por la noche queda cerrado por lo que no puedes entrar o salir a menos que solicites que te abran. Pero si lo usas que sea de dia sera mas comodo para ti.

GOOD, QUIET LOCATION. STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL—BEYOND ALL EXPECTATIONS. A SMALL HOTEL SO IT FELT VERY PERSONAL.

Thuiskomen in Tapalpa!
Pros:

Een erg vriendelijk ontvangst, behulpzaam personeel. Kamer is netjes en schoon. Met onze grote koffers was de kamer misschien wat klein, maar dat lag niet aan de accommodatie.
Er werd koffie aangeboden in de hal. WiFi was over het algemeen prima.

Cons:

Onze kamer voelde wat klammig aan.

Beautiful and comfortable
Pros:

This was a great place to stay and we would highly recommend it. We spent one night here but would definitely return. The room was large, comfortable and very clean. It was beautifully decorated and we loved the animal themes. They provided everything we required including the normal essentials such as towels, toiletries but also water, coffee and pastries/biscuits. The location was great. It was easy to walk to the centre of the town and it was easy to find the hotel when we first arrived. Although we found a parking spot on the street outside the hotel, they also had a dedicated car park which is locked overnight. We went during December, when it was cold but the room was warm and they provided warm bedding. The receptionist staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn't use the WiFi much but as far as I could tell it worked well.

Cons:

I don't think anything could be improved from our point of view. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Pros:

La limpieza y las amenidades, te ponen cafecito en la recepción, agua de cortesía en las habitaciones . La ubicación excelente. La atencion del personal super buena, muy amables en todo momento, te da la información muy puntuales.

Cons:

El barandal de la parte alta , era un poco bajo , solo hacerlo mas alto para no correr riesgos y la ubicación del estacionamiento.

Excelente, lo vovleria a reservar sin duda.
Pros:

Es muy lindo el hotel, muy cerca del centro. El personal muy amable, muy limpio las camas deliciosas y el plus el cafecito que ofrecen con café.

Cons:

Lo unico es el wifi, no es muy funcional, pero no hace falta.

Pros:

Me parecio muy grato contar con cafe, te y pan en la entrada.. El personal atento, educado y con una sonrisa en todo momento. Limpieza adecuada y orden en todo el hotel; la terraza tiene una muy bonita vista de la población.

Cons:

lo que me parece complicado es la calle transitada y el ruido que se escucha cuando las personas entran y no respetan las reglas del hotel.

Muy buen hospedaje
Pros:

El hotel estaba muy limpio siempre, las instalaciones en muy buenas condiciones, buena ubicacion, el tarto del personal estuvo excelente tambien, muy recomedable Hotel Kali.
