Pesimo

I had booked for one night and the included full breakfast. Unfortunately not only were they “understaffed” and had to wait for someone to bring snacks (which they had specifically SAID that it would be a ”home-cooked” breakfast, but when we asked for milk for coffee (the only thing that actually had), the cup had ants and dust on it.

The pictures on the website are lies. The property is mostly abandoned, NOT safe to book! My family arrived late as we had been going to activities the whole day and it was late when we arrived and unfortunately could not cancel the booking as they “couldn’t do a refund”

The only good thing was clean towels.

Fake pictures, the whole property is in terrible conditions, the only good thing was clean towels and sheets.No breakfast at all! Because the cooker was sick. Worse staying ever! I would not recommend it! 10 more minutes drive and you will have much better option in Chetumal.

Para pasar la noche si vas a la zona libre. La piscina parece tener agua de la laguna.

Simple and charming with just the essentials good jumping off point to Belize for "free zone" duty free shopping and casino. Tgere's not a lpt in walking distance but Uber and cabs are cheap. Food at the casino was surprisingly good. You simply can't beat the price and welcoming staff. Thank you for an enjoyablr stay, albeit short.

A great place to stay as you travel to or from Belize: very close to the border. We stayed two nights. Enjoyed the view of a lagoon, swam in the small pool, visited Chetumal and a couple of other nearby communities that face lagoons. Excellent breakfast!

La alberca en la noche no estaba limpia y ya no nos pudimos meter. Pero todo muy bonito y atentos.

I was far from what we could see in the pictures, the bathroom was poorly clean and they had no extra towels.
The A/C unit needed maintenance.
They didn´t clean the room as a regular hotel will do.

Its relatively small hotel but quite quaint. The staff was very friendly and provided to our needs. Breakfast was amazing, the quesedilla was superb 👌! The lagoon view was picturesque and the pool was relaxing. My family and I enjoy every moment of it.
