Cons:

The place was filthy dirty and very out dated. The carpet in the room looked like it had come from the 1700s. I put a pair of black jeans on a clothes shelf and when I removed them they were white with dust. Pretty bad smell coming from the drains in the bathroom at times too.

Reasonable priced hotel, clean and tidy.
Pros:

Ideal location for a party we was attending. Given what we paid the hotel met our expectations, clean and tidy. Breakfast also availible.

Cons:

We ate there on arrival but had a long wait due to agency chef been used that day and again food cheap and cheerful, filled an hole at the time.

Will definitely be back
Pros:

Friendly staff.
Good size room with comfy bed.
Excellent value for money.
Surprisingly quiet at night despite being on a busy junction.
Good range of cafes and restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Water pressure in the shower was very poor in the morning.
