The staff are so kind and friendly (all of them). The localization is great, 7 min from the Bournville station and 30 s of the bus station. Also, there is a supermarket with laundry in front of the accommodation. They clean the room every day and provide ironing facilities if required. We are also allowed to take dinner/breakfast in the rooms, which is good when taking into account that the supermarket is so close. I already said that they are so kind? As a Brazilian, who was hosted for one month, I felt at home. I am really satisfied with my period there.

Room was clean and quiet, no noise from the bar/restaurant. Big bonus was it was out of the town centre making it an easy drive from and back to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital the following morning. Easy check in and out, plenty of parking & its facing a Morrisons store. Only needed a last minute one night stay. Its basic but clean and didn't break the bank & that's all I needed.
The room was cold, the heater in the room wouldn't come on. To be fair I was too tired to report it and figured I'd be warm enough with just the duvet, my mistake I wasn't and ended up sleeping fully dressed. I found the corridor outside was toasty though!
I was charged twice for the same booking—once by Booking.com and once by the hotel. An additional £60 was charged by the property, and no refund has been provided. I contacted Booking.com regarding this issue but have not received any response.

Have stayed here before. Good location and lovely staff.
Room 18 - very uncomfortable mattress. Circular disks with plastic fastenings all over it and no mattress protector or topper so it felt as if springs were poking through. Had a really bad night’s sleep. You really need a mattress topper on the bed. Would be good to have towel rails in the bathroom.
Close to where I needed to be
The door to the en-suite was squeaking and my wife and I woke each other up every time we used it. A quick spray of WD40 would fix it
Great price for a clean, comfortable room in a good location for our needs. It is fairly basic, but good value.
Could have done with a hairdryer in the room.
No complaints
Staff was friendly and helpful, the room was warm and the beds were clean and we all had a good night sleep.
Interior could be nicer, maybe some art here and there, some plants.
