Great hotel! Room was spotless and staff were incredibly helpful including allowing early check in and bag storage on our departure day, as well as booking transfers for us.
Staff spoke no/limited English but got by fine with google translate.

立地最高！綺麗！
Pros:

歩いて川沿い（池？）に散策に行けます。人しか渡れない浮き橋があるので、大回りせずとも対岸に渡れるようになっていて立地がとても良かったです。立地がいいので、お昼寝に帰ったりゆっくり過ごせました。朝食はついていませんが、斜め前にフォーやお粥のお店があるので困りませんでした。観光のお勧め（古都ホアルーに行くかバイディン寺に行くか迷っていた）を教えてもらったり、子供のバナナを買いに行くのを手伝ってもらったり、スタッフには大変お世話になりました。親切に対応してもらって感謝しています。
部屋も綺麗で、特に困りませんでした。宿代は現金払いなので、そこだけ注意が必要かもしれません。

Clean and tidy
Pros:

We only stayed one night and it was clean tidy and easy walking distance to the town, 15 minutes. It was great for the price and what we needed. People are very friendly and helpful at the hotel.

Great value for money if you want to stay in Nin Binh
Pros:

Nice big room, clean and modern. The hotel staff didn't speak English but we got along using translate and they were very helpful.
The location is good, right in the center of Nin Binh, on a quiet street. Lots of eateries nearby.

Cons:

Nothing, for the money we payed it was more than adequate.

Exceptional Hospitality and a Perfect Stay in Ninh Binh
Pros:

The owners of this hotel are absolutely wonderful – incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help. From the moment we arrived until the very last moment of our stay, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for.

The hotel itself is cozy, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring Ninh Binh (the hotel is near the beautiful riverside, with plenty of restaurants) and its beautiful surroundings. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the cleaning service is truly top-notch.

We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm and hassle-free stay while discovering the region.
