Good location for the purpose of our stay, avoid the inclusive buffet breakfast
Pros:

The central location was good and it was easy to access public transport and shopping areas. The staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Our room was good and the king bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The buffet breakfast was disappointing. The layout was rather hap-hazard and very spread out. For example, the condiments such as ketchup and bbq sauce were located in the area with the fruit and cereals, whereas the croissants and pastries were located amongst the hot foods. It would be logical to have these two locations swapped. The butter, jam, marmalade etc was stored in what looked like utensil containers which seemed rather unhygienic. I understand the hotel wanting to be environmentally conscious by cutting down on unnecessary packaging, but the single portion packs found in every other hotel are, imho, much better! The bacon was really unpleasant! It had a tough rubbery texture and the fat was a very unappetising yellow colour. Given that the other meat option was chicken sausages, we had to settle for scrambled eggs on toast! All in all very disappointing and not a good value breakfast.

Pros:

Great location, great staff, bar inside and always greeted as soon as we arrived

Cons:

There was a slight smell to the room when we first arrived but nothing major. Parking wasnt at the hotel but thats completely understandable, and it only cost us $10 for 24hours parking in the Wilson carpark

The hotel is in the middle of the city with few mins walk from shops and restaurants.
Pros:

Welcoming and friendly staff. Clean and space in the room. Located in the central of the city. Access with shops and close restaurants.

Great location.
Pros:

As a single female travelling this location was ideal. Close to the city centre, easy to walk to public transport or get an uber.
Food was lovely and reasonably priced for a hotel.

Cons:

Hotel pool shaded all day but then with beautiful beaches close by who cares !!!

Pros:

They let us check-in early with out asking additional payment and they have granted our simple request even if it was late notice which was to prepare something for our birthday celebrant. They prepared a plated cake with a greeting card in our room. We'd really appreciate their effort. The Buffet breakfast was superb heaps of option mix of western and Asian breakfast. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Cons:

There is no parking lot in the hotel so, we need to find a paid parking lot nearby. However, one of their staff helped us to find a near one which is only a walking distance to the hotel.

Priority stay for a work injury or anyone with disabilities.
Pros:

We were given a room accessible for my needs due to a work injury. Our bathroom had a special seat so I could shower comfortably, and a larger bed for my comfort needs . Also had room service, the bring into our room due to my injury. We were also given a comfortable check in, due to my husband driving us from Busselton, as we had special drs appointments in Perth the following morning, they also gave us a free late check out. And valet parking Thank you very much.

Pros:

Great location with 24 hour parking very close by. The welcome at the door was wonderful and we appreciated the water area to replenish bottles. Very clean and very welcoming.

Pros:

Clean, new, easy to check in, spacious light foyer , great location

Cons:

Couldn't watch regular free to air TV and rang reception but they didn't know how to access it either. It should have been available according to the main menu on the TV but nothing would come up on the guide. We tried to cast our phones TV apps to the TV but you needed to download a different app to do it. All too complicated when we just wanted to watch some winter Olympics before bed 😞
