N/A. Any positive aspects were completely overshadowed by the unauthorized credit card charges after my stay.

Cons:

Major financial misconduct and lack of transparency. Despite receiving a $0 balance invoice at checkout, the hotel processed two unauthorized charges ($140.95 and $100) using my card details. Management refused to explain or refund until the bank intervened. This appears to be a systemic issue as other guests have reported similar experiences.

Location central, aircon was good temp, bathroom spacious and clean. Easy check in and out

Cons:

The mattress every time ive stayed have been horrible. Need replacing as they sink and arnt comfortable. Pillows and bedding are good.

We didn’t get any sleep as night club went on until 5am and then we had to get to airport for long flight Would strongly not recommend because of this issue.We are both in our 80 years
