Location convenient for shopping and wine and dine, valet parking and most staff had great customer service 😊

One female staff member i felt was abit racist, being indigenous she didn't want to help. As i had already checked in and been l staying at the Novotel for a couple of days, I wanted to book another room for my daughter and her partner. Just for the night, because we had late dinner reservations. And they were too exhausted to travel home. So I asked the lady at reception, if I could book another room for the night for them. She replied and said that the Novotel was fully booked and that she couldn't help us. My daughter and I checked on booking online, if there was anything available close by. And seen that there were still plenty rooms available at Novotel and booked online. We then went back to the reception and checked in, she did not apologize at all for her inconvenience. Overall, all the rest of the staff were outstanding. Just that one staff member really myself my daughter and her partner.

Pros:

The location and staff are good

Cons:

The property is very old. The carpets inside the room and outside in the corridor are very dirty with stains. It looks like 2 star or 3 star hotel. Definitely not upto other Novotel hotels standards.

Amazing hotel with an outside pool with the hotel situated in the central shopping area of Perth.
Pros:

The swimming pool was good especially on a hot summers day. Plenty of lifts to choose from. Plenty of open spaces especially in the foyer and entrance. Fridge was big and had no mini bar inside it which was good.

Cons:

Housemaids wanting to clean the room late in the afternoon , early evening. Not enough toilet rolls in the bathroom.
