I was left disappointed in the fact that I chose this hotel specifically for the use of a sauna.
Pros:

Good location with comfortable bed

Cons:

The cleaner was knocking on my door at 8.00am and woke me up until I answered the door, the sauna was not on in the morning.

Location was pretty convenient.

Cons:

I would expect it to be better since it’s 4.5 stars. Front desk staffs were not exactly friendly, and the lobby was not really convenient for drop off and pick up with luggages.
