You'll never stay anywhere else, and the staff are just fantastic!!
Pros:

We always choose to stay at Novotel Murray Street... The location is perfect, and the valet parking worth every cent! The heated pool is a bonus for the kids, along with the fantastic breakfast! I am just about to book again for next month!

Can't really think of anything negative!!

Nice hotel with huge variety at the buffet breakfast. Due to time of year we didn’t get to use pool but will be back in

Cons:

Stayed in a twin share with 2 adults and 2 kids and this info was filled out when booking but we only got 2 towels which was not the end of the world but still annoying 2 due only half of us able to shower

Enjoyed my stay. After a corporate event at your hotel, I had a very good meal from your room service menu.

Cons:

Your bathroom is a bit hospital-like. I understand everything practically needed is there, but if you are looking to compete with other hotel brands, it's definitely a negative point of difference.
