Pros:

Nothing! The breakfast menu is Japanese traditional breakfast menu which wasn't on my taste. And the menus was never changed from the 1st day i entered to the last day i checked out on 7 am. I skipped breakfast on the 2nd week till I checked out

Cons:

The breakfast menu, the location, the over price room which is very small, not enough light, and very squeeze.
Also the staff aren't helpful at all. There's no phone in the room included, in case you have emergency, you can't call them for help.

Pros:

Strategically located near all the key tourist sites, convenience stores and eateries. Breakfast was good and they even provide evening drinks. There's also a hot bath available. Definitely very good value.

Pros:

Near Susukino square with a multitude of places to eat out. Nice easy walk from both train stations as well as the tram. Many convenient stores nearby. Onsen within the premises. Would come back again
