The hotel is located in an area restricted to traffic. To access it by car can only be accessed from Puerta del Sol street and turn on the first street on the left to reach Tarifa street. Failure to do so in this direction will result in a traffic fine by the town hall.

Superb ultramodern comfortable hotel in quiet area of Old town. Would highly recommend it.
Pros:

It was so clean you could eat off the floor. Loved the electronic key pads for hotel and room. No keys to lose. Receptionist was super friendly and helpful. Extremely quiet.

Cons:

When we were leaving on a Monday morning no one was on reception and we had wanted them to call us a taxi. Would have planned better if we had known.

Très adapté pour des séjours d’une ou deux nuits.
Pros:

Hôtel idéalement bien situé près de la Plaza Mayor.
Chambre super calme, moderne , luxueuse. Sdb très agréable et fonctionnelle.
Pas de room service ni petit déjeuner mais ce n’est vraiment pas nécessaire compte tenu de la proximité du centre qui fourmille de bars restaurants cafés.

A wonderful rest day on the Camino
Pros:

It’s a lovely hotel, quite new. It’s a 5 minute walk to the cathedral and most places we went to including San Domingo plaza are closer than 10 minutes.
The room had aircon which was a treat. Staff are really friendly and helpful.
The room was very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The only thing is that the balconies look out onto an empty stand that has rubble dumped on it - not sure if the council can do anything about this as it is private property after all.
