Pros:

Very clean room and hotel great staff lovely breakfast

Cons:

Spa ridiculously over populated so not getting to use sauna among other things
Bar person poor knowledge ie a whiskey served in gin bloom filled with far too much mixer
Bars far too bright and canteen like adult bar would be much better if more like a pub than a cafeteria

Very good stay with friends
Pros:

Everything was so clean and tidy very welcoming

Cons:

Only disappointment was we wanted a bottle of water from house cleaning few hours before we left and was told they are not allowed to top up water on the day of departure.
