Location and lack of traffic noise. Spacious room and good temperature control.

Clean and tidy, lots of sports and leisure facilities
Our booking was messed up, a discount was given as a compensation which mitigated the problem but we would have much preferred a weekend break instead of moving between hotels. We were lucky to be able to find a room on the Friday, if we hadn’t that would have been a disaster

Member of staff poolside on Saturday morning wasn't particularly welcoming! Toilets in family/accessible change area smelly.
The staff are very friendly and efficient. Being a world champion powerlifter I was happy the gym had excellent equipment for me to train. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is excellent. The restaurant menu could be better with freshly prepared food. I was disappointed the sticky toffee pudding included bananas. Why spoil a good pudding! Needless to say I didn't order it.

Soup in the shower please. There was shampoo and conditioner.
All the staff was amazing especially with making our stay one to remember they all made my boyfriend's birthday the best one
