Room. Check in, spa facility.
Breakfast, total nightmare food cold, kept running out of food , plates were dirty, staff were too young and inexperienced and needed experienced managers. Worst breakfast experience at a top hotel.

Only the menu , I have stayed regular for years and it has only changed once , stay a lot on a Sunday and would love a roast !!

They made our stay really special - a big thank you to the staff! The spa area is fantastic and the room was lovely.
Comfortable large room, charming friendly staff, good basic food menu.
The temperature control on the shower tap was broken so we couldn’t shower. But the staff were accommodating and helpful.
I was on a business trip, loved the sport facilities, swimmingpool, spa and golf was amazing and clean, will def go again…!

Pre paid buffet breakfast was cold both mornings, opted not to have it second day due to this.
The spa and the rooms are perfect.
The restaurant, payed £46 for 2 microwave currys. Breakfast was nice but the restaurant at night DO NOT GO!!!! £46 for 2 microwave currys and a drink each, WHAT A JOKE.
