勉強になりました。
Pros:

阪神西宮駅近くにある点
部屋の清掃はきちんとしてある。
浴室は清掃しやすいつくりになっている。

Cons:

トイレとバスが一体。介護施設のようなスライドドアで半透明なため落ち着いてトイレが使えない。
コート、洋服を収納するスペースが無く壁ぎわのハンガーのみ。
この施設でツインルーム二人て一泊して税込み41,000円だったため、かなり割高に感じた。近くに競合が無いと強気の価格設定ができるものだと感心した。

料金からして良くもなく悪くもなく　普通でした
Pros:

大人4人2部屋で宿泊しました。リーズナブルな宿泊料金は良かった！
受付スタッフはチェックイン時　チェックアウト時　親切でした

Cons:

部屋のタバコ臭には閉口しました。予約時に禁煙ルームをリクエストしたのですが、リストアップされたのは喫煙でした、急いでいたのと　値段が安かったので申し込みました(仕方ないと思っています）
部屋は大人2人ではちょっと狭く感じましたが、あんなもんかと思います(温泉旅館ではないので）
