Very chic!! In a lovely area 15 minute walk to “town”, but a beautiful walk to stroll and sight see Rooms were immaculate with all immensities Rooftop area access to lounge day or night Staff was so accommodating and friendly Sol is a sweetheart Thank you!!
En general agradable, el chico que atiende la barra de la alberca tiene un excelente servicio y se preocupa por la comodidad de los huéspedes, un punto negativo que fue que no tuvimos servicio de internet en las habitaciones en nuestra estadía, entendemos que se derivó del apagón general en la zona pero no tuvieron una solución y no se buscó darnos alternativas a pesar de que las áreas comunes si tenían este servicio por lo que no pudimos realizar actividades que requerían de internet de manera cómoda

Diez Diez is nicely situated, close to main drag and restaurants. Super great staff. Issa in a he restaurant was amazing. She made an extra effort to connect with guests.
Bathroom needs upgrade and the he carpet in the room hasn’t been vacuumed in a while.
Great spot. Feels very private even though it’s next to so much. Staff was great. Will stay here again.
I recently stayed at Diez Diez and was really impressed. The hotel is an older property that has been beautifully renovated—modern touches while still keeping its charm. Our room was very nice, comfortable, and well-maintained.
What truly sets this place apart is the staff. Every interaction we had was outstanding; the reception team especially goes above and beyond, whether it’s helping with room needs or offering assistance outside the hotel.
The location is another highlight. While it’s a bit away from the main centro, the area is calm, safe, and full of excellent restaurants. It’s also very close to the Paseo Gastronómico, which is perfect if you love exploring food spots.
When I return to Mérida, I won’t think twice about booking here again. Highly recommend!
Breakfast was fabulous, elegant but rich in culture , decor was superb, not your typical boutique hotel, this is unique , ROOF TOP with bar it is so nice.

My stay was beyond my high expectations - real polished gem! Very stylish, professional and friendly staff, great location. The bed was dreamy! I need to find out what sheets and pillows they use!
Hotel hermoso, empleados amables. Nunca llevaron cápsulas de café 🙃. Lo pedimos varias veces. Sin espacio para colgar toallas después de bañarte. No tienen batas ni sandalias, los amenities muy indispensables “bien”, nada que te haga sentir en un hotel boutique, small luxury hotel? para nada, sin cuidar el detalle.
We loved our stay at Diez Diez. The rooms are beautiful and uniquely designed. Perfectly located just across from Paseo Montejo. Our room was a little loud, but they accommodated us to another one that was perfect. Staff is very friendly and made sure our stay was a memorable one.

I've stayed at a lot of boutique hotels but this one takes the top spot. The Mercedes themed room was unlike anything I've stayed in before! The style, the details, the open space, the private rooftop Terrace... this place has it all. I don't normally leave a lot of reviews but Diez Diez was the best stay I've had in all of Mexico by far! It's right by Paseo Montejo and close to the Centro, you couldn’t ask for a better location. I would highly recommend this for your visit in Merida!

We are obsessed with this place! The food was delicious and the service was exceptional. (Shoutout to Bri, Jose, and Issa!) so good we came back twice! The house-made butter was so delicious we asked them if we could buy it and they made us a package for us to take back. Highly recommend this hidden gem in Mérida. We just came to eat at the restaurant but next time we’ll have to come stay in the hotel! So so well designed. The eggs and omelette were delicious (wish we took photos of them!) we split the smoothie bowl and they split it into two different cups for us without us even asking. Seriously the nicest staff- thank you!!
