Mỗi lần quay lại đều thấy mọi thứ trong toà nhà tệ hơn. Nhưng Bến Tre hiện tại chưa có khách sạn nào tốt hơn để thay đổi

Gần chợ, thuận tiện di chuyển. Có nhiều hàng quán xung quanh.

Cons:

Toà nhà không được vệ sinh sạch sẽ, kính cửa sổ rất dơ, trang thiết bị xuống cấp, phòng tắm không vệ sinh sạch sẽ, khu vực nhà hàng ăn sáng bẩn.

Magnifique chambre très confortable , cocktails très bons, quartier très local ,les gens sont adorables

Cons:

Le personnel au petit déjeuner pas souriant , très loin d’un 5 étoiles , a 10h ils éteignent les lumières , tant pis pour vous !, j’ai porté mes valises au 13eme étage (moyen l’arrivée au 5 étoiles), a part à l’accueil très peu parlent anglais , honnêtement très loin d’un 5 étoiles mais rapport qualité est bien

Un hôtel parfait !
Pros:

Nous avons absolument tout aimé dans cet hôtel : son emplacement idéal dans la ville, la gentillesse de l'accueil, le confort extrême et la taille de la chambre et de la salle de bains, la vue, la lumière, le petit-déjeuner extrêmement varié pris dans une immense salle panoramique et j'en oublie sûrement. Nous avons testé beaucoup d'hôtels au Vietnam et celui-là restera un excellent souvenir et un des meilleurs, le tout à un prix particulièrement compétitif.
Personnel très réactif pour dialoguer sur Whatsapp à propos de notre heure d'arrivée et d'un éventuel check-in anticipé. Ils ont également organisé notre transfert en taxi depuis l'aéroport d'Ho Chi Minh : c'est une solution simple et rapide si l'on veut aller directement dans le delta.
Un tout petit reproche pour finir : il n'y a pas de vélos à louer à l'hôtel (ni dans la ville malheureusement) et c'est vraiment dommage. Le delta du Mékong est vraiment l'endroit idéal pour faire du vélo, notamment à partir d'une petite ville comme Ben Tre, Ce n'est pas compliqué et ce serait vraiment un plus pour les touristes.
Sinon encore merci à toute l'équipe pour ce séjour idéal.

Chất lượng, tiện nghi phòng tốt hơn mong đợi, hoàn hảo cho kỳ nghỉ lãng mạn của 2 vợ chồng mình.

Với những trải nghiệm tốt về tiện nghi, phòng, hồ bơi.. thì chất lượng bữa sáng chưa tương xứng, khá sơ sài so với sự chỉn chu của các dịch vụ khác.
