Good value for price and breakfast is good too
Pros:

The staff are so friendly and welcoming and helpful with cleaning the room to when u first arrive they open the fires for us and grab our stuff and take I to our rooms for us and make sure we are comfy there good breakfast buffet bed and room temp is really good too and really good value this is def one of the best hotels around definitely my go to for the area

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel ! Le personnel est vraiment très sympathique : accueillant, professionnel
Pros:

La qualité des prestations est remarquable, surtout au vu du prix qui est plus qu’abordable — un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Enfin, l’emplacement est idéal, parfaitement situé pour profiter pleinement des alentours.

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y reviendrai sans hésiter !

Overall nice, but very disappointed if the service we received. Would not recommend or return
Pros:

It was nicely centered in the city, with several small shops and markets surrounding the hotel.

Rooms was nice and clean, and the reception personnel were very welcoming and friendly

Cons:

The pool was super cold and not at all what we expected. The restaurant staff was super lazy, just standing looking at their phones not acknowledging the people coming in to the restaurant.
We had to on several occasions go and find menus ourselves and almost ask to be able to give an order. They were very bad at English and could almost not communicate - very bad I think as this is a 5* hotel.
One night we tried to order a bottle of wine on their list, after three tries we gave up as they didn’t have any of them.
Breakfast is only Vietnamese cuisine.

Pros:

L'hotel è il principale della città. Lo staff è gentile, la colazione tutto sommato buona e la camera era grande con un bagno spazioso. Il letto era molto comodo.

Cons:

L'hotel in generale è molto datato, la camera purtroppo era sporca (con molta polvere), la piscina tenuta male e sporca. In generale mi è sembrato un po' un vecchio hotel che ha bisogno di essere rimodernato.

Camera premium spaziosa. Bella colazione. Buon prezzo.

Cons:

Non fanno transfert per l ‘aeroporto nemmeno a pagamento. Robe da matti. Piscina inutile. Sempre all’ombra e acqua ghiacciata. Non ha senso prendere questo hotel per la piscina.
