Logement très propre et bien équipé, très fonctionnel, une terrasse assez grande donnant sur un petit jardin privatif, le tout au calme.
Dispose d'une piscine et d'un accès direct à la plage.

L’emplacement à côté de la plage, la piscine très propre, le parking. La literie.
Le logement très impersonnel et bruyant. Au 1er étage, on entend du bruit sur le toit comme des gouttes de pluie sans arrêt ! et les voisins très bruyants. À savoir pas un seul produit de ménage, pas une éponge, pas une dosette de café à l arrivée rien …caution de 500 euros a l arrivée.
Calme et tranquillité.
Le logement moyen, les canapés en mauvais états , l’ensemble du logement aurait besoin d’un coup de jeune. La piscine triste couleur du revêtement trop foncée donne pas envie de se baigner.
Le logement spacieux, agréable et sans vis à vis. La proximité avec la plage, à 3 minutes du logement.
Residence molto tranquillo, l’appartamento era davvero ampio (due camere grandi, bagno, sala e cucina, terrazzo molto grande), dotato di tutti i comfort (lavatrice, aspirapolvere, lavastoviglie, frigorifero piccolo (più uno grande), freezer, induzione). Lenzuola e asciugamani sono compresi ma possono essere richiesti in caso di necessità. Posteggi vicini agli appartamenti. Ottima insonorizzazione. A 5’ a piedi dalla spiaggia (ci sono circa 30 gradini). Zona piscina pulita e tranquilla.
Mancanza delle zanzariere, purtroppo di sera non si poteva tenere aperto perché c’erano troppe zanzare.
La struttura è molto bella, tra i pini e con le pareti esterne tutte rivestite di legno che ben si inserisce nell'ambiente. Appartamento grande e spazioso, anche se il bagno è un po' piccolo (es. il water è vicinissimo al mobile del lavandino con un portasciugamani che sporge, non una comodità!). L'appartamento ha una attrezzatura completa, ma qualche dotazione minima, es. alcune capsule per il caffè almeno per la prima mattina, avrebbe fatto comodo.
Comodo il parcheggio, aria condizionata centralizzata efficace, e appartamento vicinissimo alla spiaggia di Santa Giulia (affollata) che si raggiunge rapidamente a piedi. Però ottima base per visitare le altre spiagge bellissime della zona.
Macchinoso sia il check in, presso un hotel vicino e con richiesta di fornire via mail una scheda circa la condizione dell'appartamento, e soprattutto il check out, posto che abbiamo dovuto fissare per mail l'appuntamento con un incaricato che ha controllato tutto l'appartamento....mai successo prima!

- Erstellen eines Zustandsberichts sowie die Endabnahme durch eine Verwalterin sind doch eher altmodisch. Immerhin wars schnell.

We wish we had basic products provided upon arrival like soap, salt and pepper, bin bags…
Kitchen appliances are old, we had to change the micro wave on day 2, the plates were too big and couldn’t fit in the micro wave or in the dishwasher.
The outdoor furniture also needs to be replaced. 2 chairs were broken and couldn’t be used.
WiFi wasn’t working and we had to borrow a router at the concierge desk of the residence.
Excellent mattress on the bed, cleanness of the place, appartement located in a well maintained and calm environment
Throughout the stay there was the rather annoying sound of rodents (mice ?) moving in the space between the ceiling and the roof. Local beach very crowded, rather go to Palombaggia beach
