Sehr gut! Zimmer super. Lobby nett. Restaurant nüchtern und lieblos.

Cons:

Unfreundliches Personal. Gastronomie nicht flexibel. TV war kaputt.

I’m not going to stay here next time I’m in Japan.

It was not a 5 star hotel. The staff were rude , there were no one to help with the luggage and there were no concierge to help with some questions we had . The staff were clueless.

Wonderful, immaculate hotel within a block of the Tokyo metro- beautiful neighborhood.

The hotel is wonderfully situated in the beautiful Ginza area of Tokyo. One block to the Tokyo metro. The rooms are perfectly clean and quiet. The beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve experienced in a hotel. The staff is so
professional, kind and helpful.
