Great place in Hanoi
Pros:

Wonderfully decorated hotel, in both public areas and bedroom.Offered some peace amongst the chaos of Hanoi. Wide selection for breakfast was great quality, The staff were very obliging, couldn't do more and we kept our luggage here whilst travelling to Sapa. Spa was wonderful too.

Great hotel, I’d go back!
Pros:

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The facilities are great and the hotel is extremely cleaned. The staff just does an amazing job at looking after customers. I’d highly reccomend it.

Cons:

Only the lack of a fan in the bathroom.

Goede uitvalsbasis voor Old quarter
Pros:

De ligging was perfect voor het verkennen van Ha Noi, zeker het Old quarter.

Cons:

Het was helemaal prima, maar we waren vooraf te verwend in nog betere accomodaties. Waar het wat persoonlijker voelde. Verder was de rooftopbar (en restaurant) één van de twee avonden gesloten. Dat was jammer.

Sehr schönes Hotel in top Lage mit super Personal
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war super! Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal um einiges zu Fuß ansehen zu können.
Das Personal hat uns auch einen hervorragenden Transfer vom und zum Flughafen ermöglicht.

extremely overpriced hotel given the age of the property and location.
Pros:

This property is tired and in need of a renovation. The entrance to the hotel (in along alley) had a terrible smell whenever I walked in and out of the hotel.

Cons:

I didn’t like the property itself and the location is terrible in the old quarter: chaotic and dirty. athe french quarter is much nicer in hanoi.

Modern upscale hotel
Pros:

Upper scale hotel is how we can describe this place. The room is very clean. The bed and pillows is very soft. The pool is very nice. The mix drinks are tasty. The breakfast is super. Lastly, the hotel staffs are great especially Russell who help us at check-in and he takes his time to recommend us the restaurants and shops. We are very happy we our stay.

The staff was very lovely and helpful. The rooms are decent size and the bathrooms are huge even for the basic rooms. The breakfast was nice with quite a few options.

Cons:

Unfortunately we did not have hot water in the room. However, upon notifying the staff, they changed our room and moved us to a higher floor where we did have hot water. Wirth noting that the rooms on the lower floors have a view of a wall with a water feature so no natural light - in my experience such views are quite common in Vietnam
