Holiday highlights- 5 nights in Hanoi
Pros:

This is a must 5 Star hotel choice for Hanoi Old Quarter and for us was a fabulous end to a special 4 weeks of birthday travels around Vietnam. This is a beautiful hotel in a great location that is warm and friendly. We stayed in a classic room for 5 nights, the room was spacious and very comfortable with a fabulous bathroom. We ate in the hotel a few times and the food quality was great. Also it has one of the best breakfasts we enjoyed during our travels. It has a good sized infinity pool and fantastic Skye Bar with a great vibe, especially when they had live music on. You can look down from the 11th floor on to Train Street from here whilst enjoying a cocktail.

We booked a great trip to Ninh Binh via reception and they were helpful with other local area advice too. Other city landmarks are also close by.

We would definitely recommend staying here to make your stay memorable.

Cons:

There is very little to add to this section, as they genuinely did so much so well. The one piece of ‘even better if’ feedback we provided was we felt there’s an opportunity to increase the amount of shaded areas around the poolside

Eine schöne Oase inmitten des Altstadttrubels

Das ganze Hotel hat einen wunderbaren Indochine Charme. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den extrem schönen Eingangsbereich (besonders bei Nacht) und die Lobby. Die Zimmer waren gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und gut. Das Personal an der Rezeption hat einen extrem positiven Eindruck hinterlassen. Die Aufmerksamkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit sucht ihresgleichen.

The staff here are the best! We were given gifts as we left and looked after so well!
Pros:

The staff here are SO helpful and will do anything for you with a big smile. Location is very central but once inside it’s peaceful and quiet and a beautiful oasis. Plenty of fresh food at breakfast and super comfy beds
