Prachtig luxe hotel midden in old quarter
Ik heb heel lang getwijfeld tussen verschillende hotels maar zo blij dat ik deze gekozen heb. Het is niet goedkoop maar het geld dubbel en dwars waard. Luxe kamers, super service, excellent ontbijt. En dichtbij alles !

A great surprise in Hanoi.
Pros:

This is really a great surprise! At first from the street you do not see it, you see the normal Hanoi chaos. All and everyone in the hotel is spectacular, in the front desk Sam made our stay fabulous. From now on this is my favorite hotel in Hanoi, see you soon.

Pros:

Amazing stay, the staff were fantastic, especially Jess. Beautiful hotel and really well appointed. The kids loved the breakfast. Very cool rooftop bar.

Cons:

Only small negative was that the pool area is relatively small and got busy in the afternoons.

Lovely hotel at the higher end of the price range for Hanoi but well worth it.
Pros:

Very comfortable beds and a spacious room. Set off the street so it was quiet and easy to sleep. Nice pool, spa etc and a good gym. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

There is a woeful lack of sun lounges at the pool for the size of the hotel.

Fantastic experience
Pros:

I had a fantastic stay at the Peridot Grand Luxury. The hotel is perfectly located, the facilities are new and of the highest standards, and the staff were extremely welcoming and always willing to help organize my trip. If I come back to Hanoi, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. I want to sincerely thank the reception and staff for all their support and for making my visit so pleasant.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

The hotel location was perfect for exploring Hanoi ‘s old quarter. The hotel location although is centrally located, it is very quiet from the busy streets.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was one of the best! Bed and the bed sheets are very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel without any reservations.

Cons:

Not a true 5 stars hotel like the Hyatt or Four Seasons but very high end hotel.

Highly recommend.
Pros:

Felt very special staying at Peridot. From the beautiful entrance to the lovely reception, nice rooms, fantastic buffet breaky and amazing rooftop bar. Really great locations too. Well built so while right in the heart of the old town it’s very quiet.

Cons:

Not many pool chairs but probably not the place for lazing by the pool.
