Amazing Stay
Pros:

I loved to stay here, one of the best hotels that I've been to since I arrived in Vietnam. The staff is very helpful and nice. Good location, bed and pillows very comfy. The breakfast is marvelous! Fresh-made products, the bread is fresh and crusty. I would return for sure!

While I understand the need for inventory management, being asked if I knew where a single face cloth was—when I had no idea—felt a bit disappointing. For a hotel of this luxury caliber, I would expect a bit more discretion or benefit of the doubt regarding minor linens, rather than questioning guests at the front desk.
