Decent stay, but would probably look into alternatives instead of booking again.
Pros:

Good location, coin laundry on site, staff were very friendly and helpful!

Cons:

Property felt dated compared to newer hotels. Elevator was very slow. The walls seem to have water damage and peeling.

Recomiendo el hotel (y el desayuno 10/10!)
Pros:

El desayuno es increible! Tiene una gran variedad para todos los gustos. Esta muy bien ubicado, frente al COEX Mall y a la estacion de Metro y muchas estaciones de buses.
El personal siempre fue muy amable. Recomiendo si viajan por trabajo o vacaciones a Seul.

Cons:

El check in esta mal senalado. Cuando llegas al hotel, no hay nada, solo una puerta que te lleva a un hall de ascensores y el check in esta en el ultimo piso
Tambien el flujo de ascensores es muy lento, tienen 4 pero al parecer no dan a basto porque es posible esperar por el ascensor mucho tiempo.

Pros:

Room is spacey that we can open 2 big luggages& 2cabin luggages at the same time.
Location is very good, across COEX & near to the metro station (Samseong st.).
The staffs were very helpful, we were asking for wheelchair and they were happily sparing it for us.

Cons:

The hallway was too hot in summer.

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

There was a low hum noise in the room throughout my stay. Not sure whether it was internal or external.

There was a construction site outside but at night everything should have stopped ?

The LED monitor just outside my room was very bright thought the night but the curtain was able to address that.

Great location but on going construction didn't help my stay. Amazing check in experience

Check-in experience, housekeeping staff and housekeeping. Cleaness and the location.

Cons:

Ongoing construction. Staff at the front desk. Aside from my check-in staff, whenever I stopped by the front desk with questions, they were not as cordial or helpful.
