Pros:

Персонал и расположение отеля понравилось больше всего, не смотря на ранний прилет, отель пошел на встречу и заселил нас раньше времени, что очень приятно, так как ночной перелет самый утомительный , более того понравилось что в отеле можно было распечатать документы в любое время так как имелись ноутбуки и принтер в лобби отеля

Cons:

Было шумно из за строительных работ, но это не вина отеля, и второе обычные номера немного тесноваты для двоих но за эти цены в данном расположении это нормально думаю!

最低のホテル、間違っても泊まってはならない。

一つもない。

Cons:

①空港のピックアップサービスを手配していたのに迎えに来なかった、②その際、電話連絡すらつかなかった、③かわりに乗った模範タクシーがトラックを煽るなどして非常に危険な目にあった、④２室予約していたのに予約がないと言われた（全く不慣れなフロントで予約を確認できなかった）、⑤ホテル前が工事中で夜中騒音で寝られなかった、⑥クレームを入れるも責任者がいないからとただ謝られるだけだった、⑦名門Shilla Hotelと誤解を誘うホテル名は消費者にとって不利益だ、⑧暖房が作動しなかった（冷房のみ）。こんなひどいホテルは初めて、上司を案内した出張だったが、とんでもなく評価が下がったので、経済的損失も計り知れない。不満しかないのに3.5万円の宿泊料は高すぎる、絶対に泊まるべきではない。

It was a good stay, especially considering it was a last-minute decision to switch to this Hotel.
Pros:

The location was excellent—very central and conveniently close to shops. Our room faced the main road, where there was ongoing major construction. We were informed about this at check-in, and although there was some noise, it was still manageable.

Pros:

Location was fabulous and very convenient, easily accessible by bus and subway from the airport (both Inchon and Gimpo).

Pros:

スタッフはフレンドリーで、部屋は清潔、ロケーションも良かったです。近場にCoexだけでなく、飲食街もありました。

Cons:

他の方も書いている通り、エレベーター待ちが異常です。最低3分から5分は待たされます。朝夕は更に待ち時間が長く混雑するので、ホテル自体は良いだけに次回の予約は考えてしまいますね。
