Pros:

Close to old town, excellent location

Cons:

Extra fees. Breakfast for 22.5 Euro per person was extremely bad and ants/ bugs in the fruit tray

Heidelberg ist wunderschön.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ok. Die Lage ist gut, jedoch gab es Bauarbeiten direkt am Hotel bereits früh 6. 00 Uhr .
Das Hozel ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Personal sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbüffett war relativ karg umd zu allem Überfluss tummelten sich Ameisen.
Der Zimmerservice war unbefriedigend.
Am Nachmittag ! wurde gefragt, ob das Bett gemacht werden soll.
Toilettenpapier haben wir uns allein von unten geholt.
Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht!!!

Nice hotel in a great location
Pros:

Great location and really nice breakfast -parking was really great -easy to get in and out which is a unicorn in Europe

Cons:

A/C turned off and room was really warm-as this was the most expensive hotel in our month long trip it did not reflect the cost as worthy compared to other places we’ve stayed on this adventure

Ganz schlechte Kommunikation in Verbindung mit einer Stornierung. Ich kann verstehen, dass man keine Kosten für die Übernachtung erstattet bekommt, wenn man „nicht stornierbar“ bucht. Warum das auch für das Frühstück gilt, ist weniger eindeutig. Schlecht war die Kommunikation. Erst einfach nur abgelehnt und auch auf Nachfrage nicht reagiert, dann alles auf Booking geschoben und dann auf den Chef vertröstet, der aber zwei Mal nicht da war und auch nicht zurückgerufen hat.

Super Lage, sehr gemütliche liebevolle gestaltete Zimmer mit tollem Bad. Angenehmes kleines 24 Zimmer Hotel. Top Frühstück, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt!

Pros:

The staff was exceptional, in particular the man at the reception, who made us feel very welcome! The room was big, the beds very comfortable, and the location is quiet although it's in the central part of the old town. We will definitely be back.
