Loved Heidelberg didn’t love the place we stayed
Pros:

Good location

Cons:

Uncomfortable bed, no fridge, steep stairs in the room from bedroom to small lounge area, bathroom products never replaced, some used towels not replaced one day, only one bottle of fizzy water when we asked for another bottle was told we only got one bottle

Würde dieses Hotel wieder buchen.
Pros:

Sehr schönes verwinkeltes Haus, Dachgarten, Innenhof, sehr angenehm und ruhig.

Cons:

Frühstück hätte etwas mehr frische Früchte haben können.

Heidelberg ist wunderschön.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ok. Die Lage ist gut, jedoch gab es Bauarbeiten direkt am Hotel bereits früh 6. 00 Uhr .
Das Hozel ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Personal sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbüffett war relativ karg umd zu allem Überfluss tummelten sich Ameisen.
Der Zimmerservice war unbefriedigend.
Am Nachmittag ! wurde gefragt, ob das Bett gemacht werden soll.
Toilettenpapier haben wir uns allein von unten geholt.
Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht!!!

Nice hotel in a great location
Pros:

Great location and really nice breakfast -parking was really great -easy to get in and out which is a unicorn in Europe

Cons:

A/C turned off and room was really warm-as this was the most expensive hotel in our month long trip it did not reflect the cost as worthy compared to other places we’ve stayed on this adventure
