Basic stay...
Pros:

I liked the convenient location. Right off the highway and at the beginning of the main "strip". I loved that i could bring my 2 dogs for free. Okay for a basic, non luxurious trip.

Cons:

The floor was gritty and turned my bare feet black with dirt within 5 minutes of walking around in the motel room. Slippers are a must!
I can't leave my dogs in the room alone??? How does that work with people going to shows and such? Major problem.
No comforters. Just 2 sheets sandwiching a cheap emergency blanket.
No tissues at all. Just toilet paper.
The smoking area is a joke. Just shoved us behind a building with no view of anything and called it the smoking area. No chairs, table, cigarette disposal, nothing. Just next to the dumpster.
Not enough parking. Very tight parking, too.

Terrible WiFi. The room was bare bones. I've stayed in worse, but I'll choose another property if I'm in town again.

Everything never cleaned our room the whole 4 days we were there. They never gave us clean towels but only once. There was a prescription pill laying on the sidewalk outside our room. They have a mousetrap sitting on top of the vending machine. They never emptied our garbage. I was supposed to pay in cash when I got there and they went ahead and charge my credit card without prior approval. The chairs that are out by the pool are so old that when you touch them stuff comes off on your body and then you itch. The parking is the absolute worst it's so tight in there I had to do a five-point just to get out. They have old broken down washer between the building and the fence with other construction materials just out so people can see them and kids can play on them and get hurt. It smells like cigarette smoke and the office and the lady that was in there is very rude. We had no water pressure in our room in the shower and the toilet flush lever was broken. The exhaust fan in the bathroom doesn't even work. The rooms smoke like musty mildew. We asked if we could get more pillows and towels and we were told that we have enough already. The hospitality of that place and the welcoming is very bad. Will not stay there again

Good location, clean room, nice staff NO BREAKFAST.
Cons:

The breakfast listed was a joke. All that there was in the breakfast room was a thermos with some coffee. The room looked like a tornado had hit it and was not very clean. This hotel should not list that they have breakfast. They do not.

There were local dopers below us n in room beside us ,banging ,stomping ,arguing, playing loud music
Cons:

Not getting sleep because of dopers in room beside us n below us ..they were loud all night..don't like having be leery ..n they had be locals because there were no vehicles but mine..I had my grandson with me n it was a miserable night..never again.

Will spend the extra $50/night for a nicer hotel without the riff raff
Pros:

Close to downtown Branson. But not walking distance.

Cons:

Clientele was rough. They allow pets on bottom floors. Being a motel there parking is right outside your room so we got to hear a dufus with a loud truck pull in at night.
