Good location, clean room, nice staff NO BREAKFAST.
Cons:

The breakfast listed was a joke. All that there was in the breakfast room was a thermos with some coffee. The room looked like a tornado had hit it and was not very clean. This hotel should not list that they have breakfast. They do not.

There were local dopers below us n in room beside us ,banging ,stomping ,arguing, playing loud music
Cons:

Not getting sleep because of dopers in room beside us n below us ..they were loud all night..don't like having be leery ..n they had be locals because there were no vehicles but mine..I had my grandson with me n it was a miserable night..never again.

Will spend the extra $50/night for a nicer hotel without the riff raff
Pros:

Close to downtown Branson. But not walking distance.

Cons:

Clientele was rough. They allow pets on bottom floors. Being a motel there parking is right outside your room so we got to hear a dufus with a loud truck pull in at night.

Pros:

Our room was clean. It had a mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot.

Cons:

It had poor water pressure. Bed was very uncomfortable. No shampoo offered. No breakfast items offered. Not a very good value for the price we paid.
