La vue et le personnel très serviable

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas offert dans cet établissement, contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans l'annonce. Il y a un téléviseur dans la chambre, mais à part Youtube, il n'est pas possible d'écouter de programmes télé. La chambre est très mal insonorisée.

Good view and value for money. Choose if you are using the room just for night stay and will be out the whole day because room is a bit small. But price is good as hotels are too expensive in Sapa

Nhân viên khá nhiệt tình

Cons:

Vị trí trên map chênh lệch làm khó tìm kiếm, mà đường nhỏ xe đông khó quay đầu. Lúc đầu đặt là ks Mường Hoa, xong được sắp xếp qua ks Liberty xéo cửa, bảo là chi nhánh khác, làm cái view khác vs lựa chọn ban đầu, tiện nghi trong phòng cũng khác.

En adéquation avec le prix payé…
Pros:

Jolies chambres, conformes aux photos, bon emplacement géographique.
Réceptionniste souriante et accueillante.
Possibilité de faire la lessive.

Cons:

Les draps étaient sales quand nous sommes arrivés… c’est dommage car du coup ça ne donne pas vraiment envie d’y dormir et questionne grandement sur l’hygiène 😅
Nous avons aussi eu la surprise d’y trouver des mites en arrivant (après avoir tué l’ensemble nous n’en avons pas revu du séjour mais bon…).
Pas de possibilité de prendre un petit déjeuner (le petit restaurant en face est parfait, c’est pas gênant mais bon à savoir).
Le wifi est mauvais.
Malgré tout rapport qualité prix satisfaisant.

near center, mostly quite good

Cons:

Everything is good except for the wifi. The wifi is so poor, I can not access to anything, it is only strong when you are near the reception but strongly poor when you are on your room, even in the room above the reception area. Therefore, my friends and I have to pay for 4G when in the room. If you can upgrade the wifi, it will be better
