Pros:

L’hôtel était fermé et les propriétaires ne comprenaient ce jr faisais la
Accueil mafieux avec activité informatique illégale
J’ai vite laissé tombé
J’ai dû prendre un autre hôtel pourri à côté qui m’a coûté deux fois plus chère
Vous encaissez des réservations sans vous assurer que l’hôtel est bien ouvert
Vous êtes dangereux
Je pensais avoir touché le fond àvec booking mais la c’est du jamais vu
Merci de me re t’éditer la somme prélevée pour cette réservation
Surtout pas d’àvoir, la j’ai bien compris

Hotel that scams customers out of their money without providing services!!!
Pros:

We book 2 rooms at OYO 533 Runya Poolvilla in Pratchup KiriKhan, Thailand for July 23rd until July 24th. Our booking was confirmed and paid through Trip.com on June 28th 2020.

After driving for over 7 hours we arrived at the hotel at approximately 4pm. When we arrived at the hotel the manager refused us to stay at this hotel. When we asked why he told us the price we paid on Trip.com was too cheap and that he had other customers come to the hotel as walk in guests who were willing to pay more money so he gave our 2 rooms to them instead. When I told him we have received a confirmed booking and have already paid he told us he will not refund our money. We are very unhappy with the service provided and we have not received any cancellation notices about our booking or a refund. When we contacted ctrip.com to make a complaint and ask for a refund the manager at this hotel began to make up lies saying he offered us rooms in a sister hotel which is not true. We had to drive around for another 1.5 hours looking for a new place to sleep for the night. Please do not stay at this hotel as they are very unprofessional and rude. They try to keep customers money without ever providing them service. They should be ashamed of themselves. I am not sure why the OYO group would want to be associated with a hotel like this.
