Nupera Hotel

Zimmer war leider staubig, dreckig. Die Handtücher waren fleckig. Bettbezug fleckig. Habe es wechseln lassen müssen.

Staff were not nice accept for one guy but the other guy tried to rip us off with our laundry. They were not nice, and AC didn’t work properly in the room and they didn’t fix it.

It was not what i saw in the pictures, everything was old and some broken. Tv did not work, refregerator also not working. Service was not good, nobody came for new towels or toiletpaper.

Helt ok för övernattning men väggarna var inte isolerade ta med öronproppar om du vill kunna sova. Prisvärt för den som bara är ute efter billig övernattning.

I would like to praise the hotel staff. They are very helpful and honest. I had left my bag wirh my camera and laptop and they took good care of it and returned it to my borther when he cane to oick it up as we had left the country. Very good staff.

The location of the property is very near to taksim square and very easy access to all the important parts of the istiklal street. I had especially found the owner, manager and employee of this property to be the sweetest most companionate people I have met in Istanbul. The breakfast was great and the place was very clean. Really loved our stay here will recommend to everyone who wishes to visit Istanbul.

Where do I start firstly the room I had no Windows so it was extremely dark and smelled. The room was tiny

/Food ,room service, breakfast,,all not good /

The rooms are very nice. We took a room for 5 people beacuase we were a family. It was clean amd tidy.the airconditioning was working well. Its location is strategic. Near most touristic areas and bazaars. There are supermarkets and restauarnts everywhere around the hotel. The staff are very nice and friendly. They helped us locate the good places to visit. They also helped us settle down and broght us a very decent breakfast. I would definitely recommend this place for individuals, couples, and families as well. We would definitely go back there if we come back to turkey. Service deserved every dollar.

Do not book the transport with them better take a taxi from the airport, they overcharged for everything, they tried to charge me more for the staying, they didn’t come to clean the room till day 6 and I was staying there for 9 days. They brought breakfast every morning which was the only good thing and was next to many restaurants, shops, coffee shop and hocpital.

No place of car parking. Daily room makeup was not done.
Breakfast was not up to mark.

I arrived at 20:00 to the room to find it dirty. They had all day to clean it, but it was left dirty by previous guest. Staff told me this is normal and it happens at this hotel. He said I should not be surprised or angry. The single bed room is extremely small. No space for a suitcase. I had a bad experience

War super sauber , sehr freundlich und nah am taksim Platz.
Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend. Preis-Leistung ist super 👍

Otelin hizmetleri ile ilgili sitenizde yer alan bilgiler doğru değil. Kahvaltı vermiyorlar. Bunu pandemiye bağladılar. Otelde restaurant ve cafe olduğu yazıyor, oysa ki hiçbiri yok. Klima belli bir süre çalışıyor sonra duruyor.
