Funcionários prestativos, limpeza, organização excelente, ótima localização.
No quarto, colchão ótimo.

Cons:

A única coisa que alguns tipos de comida, principalmente carne vermelha, não estava muito boa e nem as sobremesas.

Experiência Maravilhosa. Hotel perfeito.
Pros:

Passei o final de semana do dia das mães. Vivi um sonho. Amei tudo. Desde a recepção, quarto limpeza organização comida instalações em geral. O hotel e sua equipe estão de parabéns. Irei voltar mais vezes sem dúvida nenhuma. Gratidão. Palavras não são suficientes para dizer o quanto a experiência foi incrível e super recomendo.

Atendimento surpreendente
Pros:

Fomos.muito bem recepcionados pelos funcionários do hotel, todos educados e solícitos, profissionalismo é o ponto alto do hotel. Já fiquei em outros hotéis 3 estrelas, mas não entendi porque o Hotel Fredy não é classificado como 4. Tivemos a oportunidade de desfrutar de todas as refeições do hotel. Todos os pratos de alta qualidade do preparo a apresentação. Voltaremos em breve com a família. O hotel conta com uma infraestrutura ímpar, piscinas, quadras de esporte, espaço kids, bar e restaurante. Quartos limpos e aconchegantes.

De forma geral gostei bastante, limpeza, educação dos funcionários para com o hóspede, a comida e o entretenimento.

Cons:

Será uma crítica construtiva:

* Trocaria o chuveiro a água saí dispersa;
* O travesseiro, trocaria por um mais confortável, muito fino (baixo).

De resto tudo OK.

Acomodação totalmente diferente daquilo que reservei.
Anuncio citava um quarto , com fotos do mesmo. Porem no local, o quarto era diferente, janela para um corredor , banheiro sem box ou cortina para tomar banho, muito diferente daquilo anunciado.
Uma justificativa descabivel. Informaram que o quarto que reservei era para PCD, então que isto fosse informado na descrição da acomodação e que as fotos fossem verdadeiramente do quarto em questão
