It's just what you expect for the price. Room was clean, stuff OK. Can't leave negative review. Stayed just one night. Google reviews are very negative but seems like new owner got it or they made some improvements.

I will never book this place again

Location is convenient for me to go to my destination

Cons:

- The service was so bad
- the room was not cleaned or did not do any cleaning service during my staying period. It was surprised that these toiletries and trash bin from previous traveler were NOT collected by the hotel.
- No pest control
- i did NOT understand why they closed the door while they advertise 24/07. Once I back to hotel, i need to ring the bell. And the door was opened half way that I need to bend or be downcast to get in the hotel that I paid to stay.
- For the safety, I could NOT understand why i need to deactivate the room card at reception counter whenever I back to room. My question is that they can activate another card and get inside my room when I am not there ?
- the wifi was not working even I tried to key the correct password that they gave me. Once i raised the issue, the answer that I got is “ No working”. Then i tried to ask the wifi of reception area, the answer is the same.

Beautiful and loved. They couldn’t do enough for me and treated me like family.
Pros:

I was treated like a king at this place. They were there for every request I made. These people are pure and we’re so nice to me. Every time I extended my stay they didn’t charge me more and never chased me for money. Amazing staff and amazing people.

The bathroom was really dirty and the room as well. The location is far from everything. BUT really cheap… so for me it was okay.
