I was totally exhausted and arrived after 7pm and appreciated the ease of check-in and proximity to open restaurant next

Ich werde für meine kommenden Lehrgänge dort nicht wieder buchen.
Pros:

Dies trifft nicht auf das Hotel zu, möchte dies jedoch erwähnen: Ich war positiv überrascht von dem Restaurant das im selben Gebäude ist. Pizza und Salat waren hervorragend.

Cons:

Monteurhotel! Rücksichtslose Hotelgäste, keine Nachtruhe, Türen knallen im halbstundentakt bis in die Nacht hinein während meinem gesamten Aufenthalt.

Wenn man Ruhe und Erholung braucht, egal ob Urlaub oder geschäftlicher Aufenthalt, ist man hier falsch.

Beleuchtung (Bewegungsmelder) in Flure scheint bis ins Zimmer, da die Zimmertüre ringsum einen breiten Spalt aufweist.

Bei Ankunft musste ich an der Rezeption (telefonisch, da nicht besetzt war) zunächst das schmutzige Zimmer monieren und habe um Nachreinigung gebeten, ich war tatsächlich verunsichert ob das Zimmer überhaupt bezugsfertig war. Fliesenboden fleckig, Schmutz-und Staubpartikel, Toilette schmutzig und Toilettendeckel stand offen, Mülleimer im Bad inkl. benutzter Wattestäbchen und Haarbüschel. Aber die Reinigung wurde direkt durchgeführt und es war dann in Ordnung.

Hinter dem Gebäude von wo aus man über den Parkplatz ins Hotel kommt, Verpackungsmüll getürmt auf dem Boden vom Restaurant. Sitzgruppe vom Hotel deutlich verschmutzt, leere Plastikflaschen mehrere Tage auf dem Boden, Aschenbecher voll und leere Zigarettenschachteln die ebenfalls gerne mal liegen bleiben. Tagelang die gleichen toten Insekten im gesamten Hotelgebäude, tägliches Staubsaugen würde das beheben.

Alles in Allem habe ich jedoch festgestellt, das ich nicht der erste Gast bin der diese einschlägige Erfahrung gemacht hat. Hatte zu spät nach anderen Bewertungsportalen geschaut, sonst hätte ich storniert.

War recht zufrieden .
Pros:

Frühstück war gut , Zimmer auch o.k. , Bett war auch gut, es war leider in der Nacht zu warm.

Cons:

keine Klage. war alles ok. war halt nur zu warm die nacht und viel Verkehr auf der Straße wegen des Fußballspiels.

Für kleine Aufenthalte ausreichend.

Check In und Out war unkompliziert, Bett war bequem, schöne Einrichtung. Frühstück 8,50€ p. P.
