très bien situé, personnel super, mais confort à améliorer

personnel très serviable, même si certains ne maîtrisent pas trop l'anglais... service taxi excellent

Cons:

cet établissement a besoin de petites réparations : poignée de porte qui reste dans les mains, eau chaude pas si chaude que ça, ventilation salle de bains qui communique tous les sons des autres chambres

Will definitely stay here when in Istanbul!
Pros:

The location was GREAT! THE MAGISTIC Galata tower ITSELF wa just a 5 minutes walk! Metro and buses very close. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had booked for 6 nights and had got a room on the 4th floor but they changed it to the 2nd floor the next day.

Cons:

The ONLY thing I wish it had was a lift🥺 which doesn’t hinder me recommending it to my friends when they visit istanbul!

Definitely worth it!
Pros:

Best location and stuff is good! Clean hotel.

Cons:

There is a building well view from the window (you don’t have any view). And there is no elevator so if you don’t like sports you probably won’t like higher 4th or 5th floor of the hotel

Было холодно. Нагрев не работал. Телевизор не работал. Кондиционер не работал. Разметки были поломаны. Позвонили в боокинг пожаловались. Никто ничего не применил. Даже персоналу было безразлично.
