スタッフの方々もとても親切に対応していただき、大変満足しております。室内も含めホテル全体的に清掃が行き届いており、清潔感もよく、館内にコインランドリーがあるのがとても助かりました。

素晴らしいスタッフの方々に癒されました
Pros:

ハード部分は館内に温泉がある駅近のビジネスホテル。ですが、、、ソフト面が一般的な同等クラスのホテルを大きく大きく上回っていて大変驚き感動しました

スタッフの方達の接遇に対しての意識がとにかく高く　フロント〜ダイニング〜室内メンテの方々滞在中にあったスタッフの方みなさまとても暖かく感じが良く素晴らしかったです　館内掲示、メッセージ案内カード、朝食会場の運営システム　
一体日々どのようなミーティングや運営体系をされていらっしゃるのか...スタッフの方々の接遇意識はどのように育まれたのか...
あまりにも感動しすぎて内部の運営についてまで興味を抱いてしまいましたw

街の中心部という立地は利便性は高いですが
ロケーションが良くなかったりリゾートホテルのようなゆったりとした客室に設えることは難しく、お客様にリラックス感を提供することは難しいですが
こちらのホテルは発想力と細やかな実行力とスタッフみなさんが最大最高の資源と捉えているのだなぁと感じました

機械化が進んでいる昨今、
「やっぱり人が生み出すものが結局一番心地よい」
そう感じる方にはぜひこちらのホテルお勧めします♡
本当に素晴らしいホテルだと思います

Pros:

受付では初心者マークをつけていたスタッフが対応してくれましたが緊張感は見られましたが丁寧に説明してもらいました。まずははじめが好印象！
お部屋も清潔感たっぷりでした！
部屋にユニットバスはありましたが共有風呂を利用しました。大きくはないものの、ヒノキの椅子や桶、お風呂にもヒノキがありとても気持ちよかったです。ドリンクも飲み放題でお風呂上がり、朝食時もいただきました。お部屋にも持っていけるのでまったりお部屋でくつろげます。
朝食はバイキングでしらすづくしがとても美味しく子供も普段より食べてました！
一番良かったのは、スタッフの気持ち良い笑顔や接客でした。

朝食場所は広くないので時間によってはグループが離れて座る場合がある。

Pros:

車站出口位置很方便，房間就是標準的小，無法打開兩個行李箱，只好一個放在桌上。旁邊有全家、LAWSON、7-11，地下道通商場百貨。服務人員每一個都充滿笑容，英文不大通，但非常親切，一樓有飲料吧，有在地酒廠提供的清酒試飲。

Great stay around Enoshima and Kamakura
Pros:

We stayed for two nights to explore Enoshima and Kamakura, and had a great experience at the hotel! Rooms are well taken care of and beds are large enough for two people to sleep comfortably. Cleanliness was great and the onsen was good too! I highly recommend trying the breakfast, but note it is served a bit early. I would stay again in this hotel!
