とても便利で快適で助かりました、
Cons:

早くついて、チェックインまで時間があったのですが、ロビーに座る所が少なく、外は台風🌀が近づき雨だったので、入り口辺りで立って待っていたのが、ちょっと疲れました

Pros:

The location, very close to subway, train/bullet train lines made travelling around easy. The staff were amazing too. Courteous and extremely helpful. Would definitely stay there again if visiting Osaka. Would also recommend APA HOTEL SHIN OSAKA EKIMAE to my friends/colleagues. Would also be checking out other APA hotel properties when visiting Japan, personally I think its a fantastic hotel chain.

Cons:

Rooms were really tiny and connecting doors could not be closed.

残念
Cons:

夜中にエアコンが止まっていた。
フロントに確認した所、温泉施設の点検で一部の部屋がエアコンがつけれなくなってると言われた。その際、私たちも知らなくてとまず言われた。謝罪が先で把握しておくべきことではないのかと残念すぎた。しばらく暑いし対応が悪いと感じました。
チェックインの対応も長くて疲れる。

スタッフの女性が、汗ダクダクで、スマホ入力しているわたしに菌のロゴのは入ったアパホテルのタオルを貸してくださいました。タオルはありがたかったです。親切だなぁ～！！！

部屋はシングルなんで、狭いなと思ったくらいです。

駅から便利性があったので今回お世話になりました。
Pros:

あの宿泊料金で食事もおいしくいただきました。

Cons:

食事の量は満足できましたが、7時前後の時間に大変込み合い、レストランに入れないで並んでいる方が多いので、気持ち的に忙しかった。もうすこし食事できるテーブル数や部屋の間取りの改善が必要かもしれません。あとエレベータから降りて、チェックアウトするときに、同線の道にテープが張られており、直接フロントにいくのを防いでいるのは不快だと感じました。改善を申し上げたいです。他県のAPA　HOTELはそういう思いは致しておりません。宜しくお願いいたします。
