Long check in process, disappointed in the way the breakfast staff operated.
Pros:

That is was close to the station.

Cons:

That self check in is difficult. You have to do the check in yourself. Scan the passport which takes too long,as there is a person behind checking all the information. Then you have to type tour information such as address, phone number ect. Took forever. I booked 3 rooms and had to type the information 3 times. I have stayed in others hotel where it took less than 5 mins to check in. This took at least 20 min. I have also stayed at Apa in Tokyo, it was so difficult to check in.

The breakfast is written untill 10 am but last entry is 9.30? Why there are still ppl eating as my family when I arrive 9.45. They still drink and eat but I got refused to enter and explained them why when my family are still eating? Such a bad experince. And I have another 3 rooms from 4th-8th of June. This is such a disappointment.

Confortable et reposant.
Pros:

Emplacement au top pour déposer les bagages juste à la sortie de la gare. Pouvoir profiter du onsen/sento était un véritable plus qui nous a fait choisir l'établissement et nous n'avons pas regretté.

Pros:

ダブルベット部屋を指定したので広めで圧迫感がなかったこと。大きなお風呂がありゆっくりできたことが良かったですね。

Pros:

ベッドも広く、TV画面も大画面で良好。
アメニティも揃っており、照明のオンオフも分かりやすかった。

Cons:

部屋の窓から外の景色が見れなかった。
