Convenient location, value for money
Pros:

Great location. Very close to Shin Osaka train station. There are a lot of food options and many convenience stores nearby. The room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Friendly staff. Really enjoyed the onsen, especially after a long day of walking.

Cons:

The room was very small, but there’s plenty of storage under the bed - best to use a top open suitcase. We stayed for a week, it is required that the room is cleaned every 3rd day, however, we were given a new set of towels, yukatas and amenities everyday! I’m not sure if that was necessary…seems like a lot of wasted resources.

出張には良い。
Pros:

清潔感溢れる部屋で2階の露天風呂などの大浴場が他のアパでは余りないと思います。

Cons:

朝食が値段の割に余り内容が良くないバイキングであった。また、関西だからか？納豆などが無かったと思います。

Pros:

Comfortabele schone kamer en ligging.

Cons:

Handdoeken, tandenborstels etc. ongevraagd elke dag nieuw. Niet duurzaam.

Suitable for a short stay for non car users
Pros:

Good location. Clean room. Helpful staff.

Cons:

Available Hotel car parking places was limited to less than 20 places for a city hotel of that size. The most disappointing aspect was that the hotel management had not provided reduced rates for its guests in other local car parks.
The room was the smallest we had during our entire trip.

Cons:

Rooms and bathroom very small, smaller than other hotels we have stayed at in Japan.

Good value & position near JR for Shinkansen. Onsen was bonus. Very small room.
Pros:

Near JR station, onsen, easy checkout.

Cons:

Very small room for 2 people. It was difficult to open our bags without someone standing just inside the door.
