The hotel is located in the center of Samarinda, connected to the shopping center, square with souvenir shops and restaurants. The atmosphere in the hotel is pleasant and quiet, and the staff is always smiling. I had experience with two types of rooms, and if you are staying longer, I recommend the Deluxe because it is more spacious than the Superior rooms. The rooms are clean, bright and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. In addition, the rooms are well insulated so that there is no noise from other rooms. The hotel cares about ecology, so in several places in the room you have information on how to behave with bed linen or towels to protect nature. The food in the restaurant is balanced between Asian and Western cuisine and it is very tasty. The newly opened Skyhouse restaurant on the 17th floor brings a more Western food experience and is definitely recommended to everyone because it is not reserved for hotel guests only. The food and service there are fantastic. You get more value for your money here. In addition, I would like to thank the hotel staff and management for their support during my stay. I got sick and had to go to the hospital, the hotel staff accompanied me throughout my hospital stay and then made sure I had everything I needed to fully recover. Thank you again for that. For me, this is the only place in Samarinda where I have stayed and where I will stay in the future. Thank you again.

I chose this hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it turned out to be one of the most memorable experiences we have ever had. The front desk staff especially Amel was incredibly welcoming and made the check-in process smooth and efficient. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. I'd also like to thank Shinta and Arna the one who had prepared a beautifully decorated mirror room with flowers on bed and a complimentary cake which made our celebration feel even more special. Overall, the service was exceptional and the staff truly made the experience memorable. I will definitely be coming back
