So bad.. I cant get my INVOICE. Either hotel or booking.com cant provide me the invoice. Booking.com said the invoice should be provided by the hotel. I asked to front desk but the staff say NO. How could this happened. Either sending to booking.com and the hotel : NO RESPONSE.

The most blasting experience on breakfast hours
Pros:

I had a great breakfast here.
The service, the food, the environment are all wonderful.

All the waiters here are great and skilled, especially the waiter named Aurelia. She treated me well with a smile everytime

I will definitely come visit again!

Stayed in Mercure Samarinda
Pros:

Stayed in mercure for 3 nights, and was good experience, its good hotel, clean, easy to reach, with the mall next to it. Also having skyhouse rooftop testo and bar, with nice crews, especially Ms. Gisca, super nice helped me on reservation, menu selection etc. Would recommend to stay here, and enjoy the skybar which has good city view
