Excellent location. Excellent restaurant. Most excellent staff. Everyone was kind and competent; from housekeeping, to management, to the restaurant staff. Food was well prepared, delicious, and not too expensive. They have bikes for our use around the city and when one of the pedals fell off, the GM got into his personal car and picked my husband up (we were about 3 miles away). Offered us free breakfast for our troubles. So grateful for all of you!
The hotel itself was amazing- very new, spotless. No pool, but location was great and close to everything. We stayed in the suite- well appointed and spacious. We stayed 2 nights- two adults and 2 kids. The staff was very responsive and helpful. Valet parking is $42/day, somewhat pricey but worked well for us. No self park option although we did notice parking garages a block away .
We enjoyed the vibe of the hotel. We had breakfast at the restaurant- ok. Nothing to write home about. We also had drinks both days and some food- was good.
Amex platinum credit of $30/day for food and $100 for other stuff- well, it covered the parking 😉.
What we liked:

-friendly staff
-clean hotel, modern layout
What we did not like:
-no recognition for diamond membership. NO UPGRADES, hotel seemed empty
-tiny room
-annoying next door neighbor. blasting music two nights in a row. had to call management 2 days in a row
This is a nice basic hotel in the heart of Memphis. Even though it’s on union ave which is a very busy thoroughfare the hotel was quiet at night and we slept well. We ate breakfast in the hotel each day and had dinner there one evening. Food was good and served hot. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Stayed initially for 2 nights but checked out after 1 night
As a loyal hilton diamond member I am well aware complementary upgrades are on availability
But we stayed for our anniversary and I had pre messaged to ask for a nice room with a view
When allocated our room it was a standard room with a view of a derelict roof top and alley way (not great )
I went back to reception to ask about the room to be told sorry nothing else was available
The guy on reception apologised and said he'd come and see me in half an hour
3 days later I'm still waiting
The hotel it's self is in a good location opposite The pea body hotel and beale st is a few mins walk
We moved on to another hilton where the service was outstanding
Just think this hotel needs to do better for Loyal hilton diamond members
location was great
check in at front desk was horrible couldn,t get in our room that was already paid for and checked people in before us that came 1 hour after us along with very poor service in the restaurant we got there before 10 pm was told they were open till midnight we got our food at almost 1130 pm and there was only one other couple eating in the whole restaurant. The hotel was really nice hopefully these issues can be fixed because we would really like to stay there again.
Very clean and updated
No fridge or microwave
Broken shower with peeling floor, only 2 towels provided for the four of us & no phone in the room to contact the front desk, uncomfortable beds — & the view out of our window was a brick wall. The room was nothing like the pictures and was definitely Not worth the $300+ we were charged

Valet was really the only choice for parking
Good location opposite the famous Peabody Hotel and a short walk to the bars and clubs. Great comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Also has a handy coffee shop downstairs for a quick coffee and breakfast.
Bar area didn’t feel particularly friendly or comfortable. Vallet parking can get busy during peak periods.
Location was good
Sliding door to Bathroom would not stay closed.
Close to attractions
Great location and lots of restaurants within walking distance, beautiful modern interior in public and private areas, cleanliness was good too. The staff were very helpful with any query and also very welcoming.
Valet parking was expensive although found a car park that was 3mins away for cheaper
