プールの水が汚く、泳ぐには難しい。プール入ったあとに使えるシャワーをつけてほしい。下半身が痒くなった。
初日に、スタッフがタクシーの手配など、個人的な利益を得るために、SNSをほぼ強制的に交換させられた。

When we arrived there were a couple of issues with the room, we also didn’t realise that the shower was over the bath which we find difficult to use, we discussed the issues and the shower situation to the reception they were great.. not only did they change our room they upgraded us 😊
Breakfast was good, staff helpful, location across from the beach.
Overall I would recommend the hotel we had a lovely time.

Mostly pleasant stay with helpful staff and good facilities, very central location.
Pros:

The hotel overall was very pleasant, our room was spacious with a view over the promenade and ocean. The king size bed and pillows were very comfortable.
The location is great, right in the middle of all the action with a good range of seaside restaurants across the road and many gorgeous little eateries a few streets back.
Breakfast has a big variety of western and Asian dishes.
The staff were very pleasant, especially Finn and Hani, who spoke English very well.
They have a few bicycles available to explore the many miles of promenade and beach side paths.

Cons:

Unfortunately the noise from the road and the loud music coming from events across the road was disturbing, as it was very loud. Not the hotels fault of course, as the busy road out the front isn't, but we suggest to take great care when crossing, as drivers and motorbike riders will not stop for you, even on pedestrian crossings.

Staff were nice, pricy considering the services we got. And language was a barrier, they didn’t speak good English

Breakfast spread was good but was repeating everyday.

Cons:

On last day I asked for a complimentary airport drop off, they said yes, but I saw the charge on my bill. My friend who was on the same trip got his drop off free of cost.
