Highly recommended if someone wants to have close access to beach and quiet peaceful stay in Bali. Worth every penny

Everything was lovely. The staff was exceptional and the food was great as well.

Cons:

Just getting to the location is kind of tough but it’s very close to one of the most beautiful beaches. So it was worth it

Séjour parfait et inoubliable où le temps s’est arrêté❤️
Pros:

Déjà l’accueil est juste incroyable ; dès qu’on passe l’immense porte de cet hôtel on se sent comment dans une bulle, pris en charge, avec le personnel qui vient à nous avec une serviette fraîche et une boisson. C’est un établissement hors du commun où on se sent chez Soi et apaisé de suite.
Le personnel est vraiment incroyable et aux petits soins ; mention spéciale pour Imam qui tout au long du séjour a eu plusieurs petites intentions qui sont si précieuses quand on est en vacances 🙏
Les chambres sont magnifiques et d’une propreté parfaite ; quant au lit… c’est de loin le meilleur lit dans lequel j’ai dormi et j’ai énormément voyagé ! J’étais moi-même étonnée de dormir aussi bien avec cette literie ; on aurait dit que j’étais dans un nuage.
Et bien sûr le concept créé par la Fondatrice est incroyable et fait toute la différence : Recovery Lab. Les quelques jours que j’ai passé ont été rythmés par un programme de reset du système nerveux conçu par la propriétaire du WP (Stéphanie). J’ai pu me reposer et me détendre complètement grâce à tout un programme extrêmement bien conçu (je n’avais jamais eu accès à ce type de prestations et surtout de contenu et de support) avec compression therapy, led therapy, marche matinale, massage, isochronic sound therapy. Je repars de mon séjour régénérée, reboostee, légère et sereine. Merci infiniment à Stephanie et toute l’équipe du WP qui ont fait de mon séjour une vraie bulle, un vrai espace où le temps s’est arrêté pour me concentrer iniquement sur moi. C’est tellement précieux dans la vie que je mène. J’y retournerais c’est une certitude 🙏❤️

Pros:

I had an amazing stay at White Palm Hotel! Petra and all the staff, including the owners, were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. You can really feel that they care about their guests. The hotel itself is beautiful, extremely clean, and very well maintained, plus, their two adorable resident cats, Romeo and Juliet — they made the whole experience even more charming and memorable. Everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend staying here — I would definitely come back! 💛

Misleading Listing and Poor Conditions — Avoid the “Hot Tub” Room
Cons:

We booked a room with a hot tub, but were shocked to find active construction work taking place directly outside our room. The workers could see straight into our space, leaving us with no privacy, and the constant noise made it impossible to relax. None of this was mentioned in the listing or reflected in the price.
When we explained this to the receptionist, we were shown an alternative apartment — but it had no hot tub or bath (which was one of the reasons we booked this room) and there was a large trail of red ants across the floor. We then asked for a refund at this point, but were told we would need to go through Booking.com. We left the property, trusting that the refund would be processed, but the owners have since ignored all communication from both Booking.com and ourselves.
Additionally, the condition of the room was poor: doors and windows did not close properly, there was a hole in the roof allowing insects to enter, and there were no mosquito nets over the bed. Making the stay extremely uncomfortable and unhygienic.
Overall, this experience was deeply disappointing and nearly ruined our holiday. I would strongly advise avoiding the “hot tub” room — or better yet, look elsewhere for accommodation where you’ll get the comfort and honesty you’re paying for.
