Central location with friendly helpful staff
Pros:

The room was quite small, but you get what you pay for and I only wanted a bed for a night near Taksim. Bathroom was clean with a fairly decent shower. The receptionist was excellent and gave me a quiet room at the back and I was able to check in earlier than expected. He was very helpful with information on getting the airport bus. I waited for the room to be ready in an area with free tea and coffee. There is no breakfast, but I got a basic Turkish breakfast opposite the hotel. This hotel is no frills, but if you want a central location to stay at a good price with friendly staff, I would certainly recommend.

Well located. Clean, value for money, kind and friendly staff. Spacious room, just enough.

Cons:

The lift starts from the first floor, which is almost 2 floors up actually. So it’s a walk up. But the staff is super helpful with luggage, etc.
Also maybe a mini fridge would be nice.

当天晚上没有水，虽然入住时有了一阵子，后面有没水了，无法洗漱。且知道第二天早上还是没有来水，也没洗澡。

Localização é muito boa! Perto de vários pontos turísticos e de faço acesso a transporte publico. Além de ter varias opções de restaurantes, mercados e lojas ao redor. Quarto confortável. E o atendimento dos funcionários foi o melhor que tivemos na Turquia, pessoal da recepção muito simpatico e atencioso.

Cons:

Tv não era smart, com isso estrangeiros nao conseguem utilizar. Frigobar também não gelava deixava apenas fresca as bebidas.

Very unpleasant and exhausting experience

Very disappointed experience.The taxi couldn’t enter the street ,street only for pedestrians so we had to carry five suitcases 25kg about 300meters.Then we had to carry them to level 4by hand .The stuff member only help when asked not very welcoming.The room smelled strongly of mould and you could see the mould we even told the staff not very interested to help.Do not recommend to a family with kids .Level 4 is the worst and only those rooms were big.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment of it. The hospitality was exceptional, and the entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well cared for. The location was also amazing, with everything we needed nearby, making it very convenient to explore and enjoy the area.

A special thank you to the manager, Sinan, and Hassan, who were especially helpful, attentive, and kind. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their care and professionalism really made our stay even more enjoyable.

Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great hospitality, cleanliness, comfort, and an excellent location. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special!
