Best stay and best place ever

Next to Dutch Wonderland and across from the Outlet stores. Lots of places to eat close by.
The hotel is more of a motel. Beds are firm. Old carpet in the rooms. The room has a fridge but no microwave in the room. Some of the wall outlets did not work. There was a small table to eat with no chairs.

The location and theming are great, but the black carpets are terrible and stain your feet or socks.

Definitely loved the kid friendly atmosphere. Staff was very friendly very welcoming. Lot of people think it's a five-star hotel people Donald Trump is not staying there so it's a hotel for kids. At the end of the day love the pool area love the fire pits love the arcade and I love the interactive activities that they have. Both kids had a blast.

First of all it’s a motel not a hotel. You drive up to your door just like in the movies. The room is very clean.

Our stay was incredible, my 10 year old son had a blast. He enjoyed the pool play area, taking pictures with all the characters, bingo and all the activities. Staff was great. Also a plus, it’s walking distance to Dutch Wonderland.

After reading some reviews I was a little nervous. But this place was great! We didn’t get to use the splash pad unfortunately because the days we were there were cold and rainy but thank goodness they had an indoor pool. It’s not a big pool but it did the job. Just try to go when it’s not super packed. There’s a hot tub and theres a little tub which I can only assume is for toddlers because it’s too shallow to be a hot tub. The rooms were clean, the only the thing was probably a little mildew in the shower. Nothing CRAZY. Maybe we just got a good room? I don’t know. But I dont think it deserves all the slack it gets. The activities for the kids were cute. Breakfast at the all you can eat was sub par but honestly, we went for convenience. There’s a TON of restaurants and fast food close by so I can’t complain.
There’s a small arcade inside and fire pits outside. All the fire pits were out of gas our first night but they filled them the second night.they did nothing when we asked to refill them the first night but whatever

The pool ran out of towels for hours both days I stood here. Concession stand by outdoor pool was closed both days also.

We really enjoyed the pool/splash pad, it was very unique and the kids loved it. Hot tub is 16+ which was appreciated! 😂 The room needed a bit of refreshing as far as new paint/carpet etc but overall not bad. We absolutely loved Dutch Wonderland which is a short walk across the parking lot and very convenient (I think that the hotel is owned by the same parent company.) The merch in the gift shop left a bit to be desired, it appeared that it was mostly sublimation on blank coffee mugs, tshirts etc but everything was very reasonably priced so can’t really complain. My children had a lot of fun doing a scavenger hunt and meeting characters. The workers were amazing, all very nice and made it a fun experience. All in all the kids really enjoyed it and that was the most important thing to us.

We absolutely loved our stay here! We only stayed overnight but will definitely be back! The kids loved the room, activities, and amenities. The adults loved the staff and how friendly and accommodating they were.

The drain in our room was not draining from the sink, so maintenance arrived shortly after we checked into our room. It was fixed promptly. Then, later that night, my daughter stepped off the bed and stepped into soaked carpeting. Most likely a leak from the shower on the other side of the wall. We called maintenance , but it took forever and we had to stay on our vacation schedule so it was not fixed. The property was taken care of, pools were kept clean. We had a very short stay. Kids enjoyed themselves. Not sure if we would go back.

Nice and clean

Room was clean, pool was night. Check-in was not great, had to wait until almost 5pm for a room and I first tried to check in at 2:30 Only one of the check in staff seemed to care

The rooms were beautiful nice fun family friendly property only issue is the bathroom in the rooms needs some work done
