Zeer goed ontbijt en diner. Mooie accommodaties. Goede ligging nabij cronplatz.

Cons:

Hotel was vol, periode augustus. Te weinig personeel in eetzaal, tafels bleven niet opgeruimd, leek wel een slagveld.

We had an amazing stay! Everything about this hotel was excellent ,the rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the facilities were fantastic. But the highlight was definitely the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They really made our stay special.

Pros:

The hotel has many excellent qualities. The quality and variety of the food are outstanding, with a great selection at the restaurants and an excellent wine list. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We also really enjoyed the live music in the evenings, which creates a wonderful atmosphere. The location is very convenient as well.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the hotel staff seem unable to cope with the number of guests, particularly at the bar, restaurant, and reception. There are often queues and long waiting times, which is quite surprising and disappointing for a five-star hotel.
The most frustrating experience was at check-out, which took us 45 minutes simply because of the queue at reception. At this level of hotel, guests should be able to expect much more efficient service and adequate staffing, especially during peak hours.
Overall, the hotel has many good qualities, but the service organization definitely needs improvement to meet five-star standards.

Geras, naujas viešbutis su patogia lokacija prie keltuvų į kalną. Vakarienę patarčiau rinktis kitur

Akivaizdžiai per mažai aptarnaujančio personalo. Vakarienės ar pusryčių metu reikia laukti pusę ir daugiau valandos kol prieina paklausti ką užsisakysime. Personalas matydamas, kad atėjo žmonės, akivaizdžiai ignoruoja ir praiena pro šalį. Nuolatos užmirštama, kad reikia atnešti užsakymą. Toks vaizdas, kad vienas dirbantis, tik restorano vadovas ir jam vienam įdomi klientų patirtis. Alacarte maistą reikėtų gerokai patobulinti. Jei išvaizda graži tai skonis priešingai, dažnai labai prastas.

Viel zu wenig Personal für die vielen Gäste in der Sommer-Hauptsaison; das wenige Personal gibt sich aber größte Mühe !!!
Personal überwiegend international - Ansprache nur in Englisch. Fühlte sich alles nach internationalem Business-Hotel an und nicht nach Südtiroler Flair und Heimatverbundenheit wie in anderen 5-Sterne-Häusern in Südtirol, die keine Kette sind, sondern noch familiengeführt.
Unfassbar schlechte Deckendämmung - jeden Abend Gerenne oben drüber und Krach aus der Lobby.
Jeden Morgen Tisch beim Frühstück suchen, da die meisten benutzten Tische nicht abgeräumt waren - unter den meisten Sitzbänken Essensreste....auch das entspricht übervollen Business-5*-Hotels irgendwo auf der Welt. Die habe ich das ganze Jahr - im Urlaub in Südtirol erwartet man anderes; und hatte ich auch schon mehrfach !!!

Preis - Leistung hier nicht im adäquaten Verhältnis
