Very short but a great, peaceful stay

Best hotel we have ever stayed at!
Pros:

This was the best stay of our entire honeymoon. The hotel was beautifully designed and curated. The pool was maintained at the perfect temperature, and it felt super luxurious. We had massages that were fabulous and they had very nice spa facilities. They even had a rock climbing wall which we took advantage of! They had really cool e-bikes which we used to explore the town and nearby areas. Christian, the experience manager, was very nice and very helpful setting everything up. He even had me download an app that is very popular for hiked/trails. The restaurant was top notch, the food unbelievable. It felt like the entire hotel staff knew who we were and that we were there on our honeymoon as they all congratulate us.

A luxurious gem in Alto Adige
Pros:

We really enjoyed this luxurious stay in the Dolomites.

Our room was spacious, very clean, modern and well decorated. It has a large balcony and offered view overlooking the mountains, just beautiful!
The hotel has a very large underground parking which is great if you come by car.

As we booked half-board, dinner was also included, excluding the drinks. You could choose from about 10-15 à la carte options for starters, mains and desserts, which changed per day. You were served fresh bread and delicious butter.
Appetizers, salad and cheeses as served as a buffet so you could just go and choose what you felt like having. There were all very tasty.
Breakfast was incredible! They offer an enormous selection of fresh bread, charcuterie, cheeses, hot dishes, fruits, cereals and a lot more. You could order a freshly made egg dish or pancakes as well.
Waiting staff was very attentive. We especially enjoyed chatting to the sommelier, whose name I cannot recall unfortunately. She gave us some great local wine recommendations and really went out of her way to keep our glasses filled at any time. :)

Upon checkout, we received a jar of some local spread and two water bottles, which is a small detail but it shows the level of hospitality this hotel stands for.

We will definitely keep Falkensteiner Hotels in mind for our next trip, as we enjoyed each minute there.

Cons:

As we feel uncomfortable using the sauna facilities without our swimwear and being nude is obligatory for both saunas in this hotel, this felt very limiting. Luckily, we could use of both pools, with the rooftop pool being our favorite!

Facility, staff, hospitality on a very high level. We really enjoyed our time! Breakfast is great! Heating swimming pool was nice!

Cons:

The only suggestion I would make is to consider adding a few additional signs around the rooftop swimming pool and surrounding area to make it clear that this is not a nudist area.
Some guests who visited the sauna on the same floor, where nudity is permitted, genuinely assumed that the pool area was also clothing-optional, when in fact it is not. For visitors from countries outside Austria and Germany, this seemed particularly confusing and unexpected.

È la terza volta che andiamo in questa struttura, la amiamo molto. Elegante, completa di ogni necessità, con servizio e standard elevati.

Cons:

A differenza degli scorsi anni abbiamo notato che non ci sono più delle attenzioni (come il welcome cocktail) o servizi (come la merenda) che non ci sono più, e questo ci è dispiaciuto.
