The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. It was easy to find relatively close to down and easy to reach the venue for my concert. Breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is pretty generic looking . Nothing upscale . It was Clean . the staff was very good . They had a good breakfast included daily. And coffee available 24/7
The gym was small but good.
Pretty disappointed. Checking in I waited at the desk for a long time and finally a housekeeping person, who was folding a cart of towels in the lobby, had to find the desk clerk for me. Was told elevators were not working so had to haul my luggage up 3 flights of stairs (don’t mind using stairs but not so much with luggage). I did get a free water for the inconvenience. Obviously not the staff’s fault. Was noisy until about 1:00 am. Rooms were clean and bed was pretty comfortable. It’s a relatively new hotel but they do not have it together yet. Expected a little better for 250.00.

Bij aankomst meerdere haren op de badkamervloer, niet erg fris. Er zijn 2 liften aanwezig in het gebouw, op onze vertrekdag waren beide liften defect, dus onze zware koffers moesten via de trap. Ontbijt was niet al te uitgebreid en bestek was plastic wegwerpbestek.
The staff at this hotel was terrific, and stood out from other hotels we have stayed at recently. We stayed for three nights and all of the staff members we interacted with (front desk, breakfast service, cleaning service, and maintenance) were welcoming, helpful, and proficient at their jobs. Really made for a nice experience.
The hotel is new, well appointed, clean, and very well maintained.
There was an issue with the elevators not working on the day we arrived (fixed the next day) and the hot tub not working, which we were told was caused by a major power outage in the area the day before. Normally this would lead to a bad review, but the exceptional staff more than made up for the inconveniences.

Location is horrible due to the lack of street lights on highway 89. Extremely dangerous, witnessed a guest family behind our vehicle get into a rear end collision. All the door entry readers into the building did not work. We had to enter through the main entrance each time, bummer!!!!!

My family stayed here in two different rooms for a family wedding. The hotel itself was clean when we arrived, and there is a free breakfast. BUT, housekeeping never cleaned our room all 3 days/nights of our stay. We were told they clean every other day. We asked yesterday (on the day they were supposed to clean) before the wedding we went to if they could clean our room after 2:45 when we left which the maid smiled and said she would. We came back from the wedding we were attending to no fresh towels, beds not cleaned, no toilet paper left still, and all our trash still in our room. My brother and his wife were also here for 3 days/nights had the exact same issue.
