Great accommodation, fantastic staff in an exciting fun location
Pros:

From the moment of arrival we where welcomed and cared for by the team in Osaka. Any request made was addressed quickly & professionally Staff are knowledgeable of the area and what it has to offer. The room was spacious, comfortable and thoughtfully layed out. I could not find fault with the housekeeping or cleanliness of the room and common areas. The laundry facilities are great with a good number of modern washers & dryers. Considering the location and amount of local traffic, we where surprised by how quiet the room was, (when the window was closed). Staff where a pleasure to talk with making the atmosphere, warm, friendly and inviting. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for modern accommodation & great value for money. My family and I look forward to our next stay with Osaka Namba North.

Tutta colpa dei Pokémon...
Pros:

La gentilezza del personale che ci ha aiutato a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza. La location comoda a poche centinaia di metri da dotonbori. Lavanderia comoda e piccola sala fumatori.

Cons:

Abbiamo prenotato la camera Pokemon che purtroppo era al secondo piano e con una finestra che affacciava sul muro attaccato del palazzo di fronte. Mio figlio ha apprezzato molto io ho sofferto di claustrofobia.

Very convenient
Pros:

Location was very good, close to namba station and dontonbori. Quick taxi ride to shin Osaka even in rush hour. Staff was super friendly.

Cons:

Less in-room facilities than other mimaru we stayed at; no in-room washing machine, no closed clothes cupboard, just open hanging space even though we had a larger (corner) room. No integrated reading lights either

Amazing stay! Everyone should go!
Pros:

Everything. The location was perfect (walking distancie to Dotonbori), very clean, a lot of activities for the kids and most importantly, the staff were so nice and helpful! The best hotel in our whole trip!

Mimaru Osaka great!
Pros:

Mimaru was amazing! Kids loved the pokemon room . Ana in the front desk helped us every step of the way from finding restaurants, taxi, activities and sharing great pointers for everything. The kids also loved the kid friendly and activities in the lobby. Great location and super convenient to everything
