We had a great stay in Osaka
Pros:

The location was perfect. Would definitely stay here if visiting Osaka again. Staff were great and had lots of good recommendations for the area.

Good room layout, facilities are great and clean.
Pros:

Very clean and centrally located to transport and sights.

Cons:

Room was airless and when the window was open its was very noisy. Probably just inner city problem.

Cons:

Everything is good. Family oriented. The only thing to mention would be the bunk beds. The ladder climb is steep and the railings are not high enough. For younger children, it is a concern. Mine was 6 and 3 and we couldn't let them sleep on the top bunks. It can be dangerous.

We loved the room so much, very spacious and lobby was fun for kids to play. Stuff are super friendly.

Pros:

On the edge of the action, the room was perfect for a family of 4. Beds and bunk beds were comfortable.

Cons:

No complaints. Everything went well and they were even able to accommodate me adding an additional night
