MIMARU Osaka Namba North

The property is located close to key train stations and also good night life/shopping but just far enough away so to still feel family friendly and relaxed.

The lobby is setup for kids and it sometimes took us a while to get out as the kids loved playing all the games.

Location is fantastic, close to everything you need on holiday.

Spacious for families and friendly staff and activities for kids

We had the family corner room and appreciated the space and separate table area to eat all our family mart and 7 eleven snacks. The room was clean and the laundry facilities were always available when needed. It’s a short walk to the chaos but also walk in another direction and find quieter delicious dinner options, including a great pizza place which is great for a break from Japanese for the kids

Really great location, excellent room with everything you need.

As a family of 5 with young kids, we loved everything about this hotel! Friendly, helpful staff. Games area in reception for the kids to keep busy while we check in or plan for the day ahead. Easy and efficent laundry facilities. Spacious, clean, well equipt rooms. Great shower pressure, bathtub and kitchenette!

great location. The staff were so friendly and accompdating with our kids. Helping them learn origami and provding a "treasure hunt" game for their time in Osaka. Kids loved it. The family room is great for 2 adults / 2 kids.

Great location, spacious corner room for a family of four. Great tea supplies!

The staff and the room. I made a mistake when booking and accidentally reserved two rooms for the same dates. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the name of the gentleman who helped me, but he was exceptional in helping me identify and resolve the issue. Everyone at reception was helpful, attentive, and friendly.

The room was spacious and very comfortable for a family. The hotel is also conveniently located, close to many attractions.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and really appreciated the warm and helpful service from the reception team.

Exceptionally clean, perfect location.

Spacious and conveniently located. Well maintained and good facilities.
