房間、浴室滿滿的寶可夢好喜歡，餐盤、杯子也是寶可夢，入住還有送寶可夢系列的袋子🥰🥰🥰
第一次在日本自助旅行，帶著媽媽和小孩來，只能說地理位置絕佳，搜尋了附近步行就只能抵達的地方，收穫滿滿，這次大阪快閃3天2夜，非常滿意及推薦。
小廚房可以下廚，鍋碗瓢盆絕對足夠～～

Quite disappointing

Location was the only good thing

Cons:

The staff were okay but made quite a bad mistake when they gave access to our room to other people who were checking in. We were sitting in our room when another guest at the hotel opened our door. They were quite shocked themselves. When I went down to tell them they pretended all of a sudden that they couldn’t understand English very well and brushed it off like it was nothing. That is quite a serious breach.

Hotel wise possibly the worst in Japan so far. No amenities unless you specifically ask where even 3 star places offer it. For a hotel that is only 5 years old it seemed much older. Marks on the walls, shower head leaking. Toilet smelled quite bad. Beds are not comfortable. I was quite disappointed with the cost of this hotel what we got in terms of value. We stayed at another hotel in Osaka which is lower star but was much cleaner and nicer.

Great location. Quick walk in but just out of the hustle an bustle.
I could not speak more highly of the staff - they went above and beyond for us. Our 8 month old got the flu and they booked a doctors appointment twice for us and checked in with us every time we walked past to see how she was doing. They even wrote a little note with well wishes on departure. So thankful for their support and felt so much better having them there!!

スタッフさんの対応が本当に素晴らしかったです。
今回、子供達に内緒でポケモンルームを予約していました。秘密にしていることをホテル側に伝えていなかったので
チェックインの際、フロントでのやり取りでバレてしまうかも……と心配でしたが、スタッフの方が気を利かせてくださったおかけで、無事サプライズ成功しました！
大喜びでした！
その後も、道案内からお店探し、タクシーの手配や何から何まで本当にお世話になりました。
何でも無人で済ませる今の時代に、細やかな気配りができる、笑顔の素敵なスタッフさんに出会えて、気持ちのよい滞在になりました。
アメ村すぐで、周りはお店がたくさんなので立地も最高です。
また是非、泊まりにいきたいです。
