South Ocean Suites

This place is awful. The sofa was so nasty and filthy stains all over it. Tub was dirty the refrigerator wasn't working which was also not cleaned. The cleaning crew really needs to do a better job. Overall was not pleased at all

Everything just seemed difficult and no one on staff was super helpful. We also arrived for a funeral and the owner had said we could check in early and then did not allow it. We were only there for 18 hours so that was incredibly frustrating.

Check in was horrible. Rude staff. When i booked i did not realize that i was bookong a bnb ans not a hotel. This resort has both hotel and bnb.
So when we got into our room..it was dirty.mold in bathroom. Sand in carpet.
The beds were horrible. Like cardboard

When i called to ask for a room change they told me thatbi need to ckntact whoever i booked with and that bnb is out of their control. I contacted expedia and they apparently contacted the owners who basicly said too bad and that if we wanted to leave we will still be charged full price

The property is convenient to many things however one side of the property backs onto a very busy feeder road to Hallendale beach and unfortunately our room on the 6th floor is at the same level as the road. Hopefully the traffic will slow down during the night.

Nous étions au 2106, (Noel 2022- début jan 2023) Le condo aurait besoin d’un rafraîchissement. Points négatifs; la propreté, manquait une poignée de porte dans une salle de bain, manquait des plaintes électrique. Tache de rouille sur la porte de la sécheuse, saleté en général. Coin d’un cadre cassé (en verre) pour être coupant. Trappe, filtre des AC devraient être nettoyer. Aucun recyclage dans ce condo, pas très green. Du côté du boul. Hallendale, un peu bruyant mais ça allait. Les lits seraient dû pour un changement de matelas, la table à dîner et les divans, aussi. Ascenseur très lent aux heures de pointes et la piscine aussi.

Par contre, la vue est magnifique, (21e étage) les commodités, laveuses sécheuse, lave vaisselle, AC et étaient fonctionnel et pratique. Les amenities aussi étaient très pratique, vaisselle, plat casserole. Parasol et chaise de plage, disponible aussi. Des grandes pièces et balcon, salle de bain, on a apprécier. La piscine vue sur le canal, était génial, plein soleil presque toute la journée mais arrivé tôt. Très belle plage a proximité, navette disponible mais à pieds ça se fait très bien. Wallmart en face, très pratique, restos, magasins non loin. Parking payant, bon service des jeunes qui y travaillent. Endroit sécuritaire, staff très gentil à l’exception de la fille au desk, lors de notre arrivée. En général, tous les gens rencontrer, les agents sécurité, le staff étaient gentil et souriant. Endroit safe, je le recommande.

A localização é muito boa e a acomodação tinha tudo para ser perfeita, mas a suite não é bem mantida, está tudo meio velho e em ma condição. A cama era boa, a vista excelente, mas fizemos uma lista de pelo menos 10 itens quebrados e levei 3 dias para ser atendida pelo host. Há essa separação no prédio se é South Ocean Suites tem que contatar o host para tudo e infelizmente muito dificil para atenderem o 1800 e não respondiam as minhas msgs. Não tem como conseguir supplies para apt. Te dão cafe e papel higienico para um dia, não tem onde comprar no local, tem que ir no supermercado comprar papel higienico. O apt tinha mesa quebrada, problema com a parte eletrica. A recepção dizia que estava lá somente para fazer manuntenção mas quando ligamos sobre o problema com a luz eles disseram que não trocavam lampadas. O apt tinha 5 lampadas queimadas. Enfim tinha tudo para ser um local ótimo se fosse bem mantido, mas não é. Não sei se as unidades do Beachwalk , que são o mesmo prédio, são mantidas de forma mais eficiente. Nossa estadia foi de 8 dias, então deu tempo para nos adaptarmos aos problemas e até conseguir que alguns fossem resolvidos, mas quem vai por poucos dias pode ter dificuldades. Fora a manutenção do apt, a piscina é muito boa, o transporte para praia é ótimo e o motorista uma simpatia. O pessoal do valet parking também foi muito amável.

This property far exceeded my expectations for the price and based on the photos and reviews! Super clean, and the concierges were super friendly and helpful!

It was my worth stay ever in Miami area. Would not recommend this hotel at all .

Todo era una cochinada le faltaban las llaves del baño muy caro para el servicio, el supervisor no atendió después de la 8 pm no le recomiendo a nadie este alojamiento

Room was dirty. Also had to provide credit card info offline. Be careful.

The room was not fully cleaned. Both beds had hair in them. I requested a refund and it was granted. I found another place to stay.

The first night to much noise from the next apartment i couldn’t sleep the all night and next day I got a big headache, when you go to the balcony all the time smells a weed, and one of the biggest problems and complaints is the elevators where easy take 30 minutes waiting to get dawn or up , my experience in that property was very disappointing I’m not recommend to my friends and family

La Sra que los atendió amablemente en recepción nos ayudó a la reserva, ya que cómo no se había enviado un cuestionario enviado con anterioridad no aparecía reflejada nuestra reservación.
Las condiciones de la habitación 610B dejaron mucho que desear, la limpieza de la habitación bastante mala, los colchones en pésimas condiciones y las bases de las camas rotas, solo habían acomodado unas tablas de madera.
En un correo posterior puedo enviar fotografías de la habitación si lo desean.

Terrible experience.. when arrived i found out my reservation was canceled whitout any notice.. so because was late they offered me one expensive room..where the bath sick was damage, the kitchen power plugs didnt work, we requested extra blankets and towels, no provided becauses the housekeeping was closed. We have to called maintenance in order to fix the problems in the apartment. Parking expensive and no other alternative close by.
