Noites barulhentas.
Pros:

O hotel ostentava em seus corredores aviso sobre uso obrigatório de máscaras, mas nas três vezes que passei na recepcão o atendente estava sem máscara...
Cheguei ao meu quarto no segundo dia e ia tomar banho, mas a equipe de limpeza removeu todas as toalhas, o sabonetezinho...
E o telefone do quarto era só para ostentar, pois nao funcionava!
À noite era um drama...
Hóspedes vizinhos mal educados, falando alto no cirredor e batendo porta.
A caixa d’agua do hotel ficava bem em cima do meu quarto (304).Por volta de 22h acabava a agua no hotel e ela era acionada. O problema é que o desligamento nao é automático, e ela transbordava, drenando a água por um cano que desaguava bem em frente ao meu quarto. O arremesso da agua por cerca de quatro metros gera um barulho enorme, pois ela cai bem no piso cimentado da piscina. E assim ficava por cerca de 1h, até que alguem desligava a bomba...
Café da manhã ruim, com pão de sal de anteontem e apenas salsicha industrial como proteína. Sem ovo ou queijo.
Precisam melhorar. Staff amador...
