2連泊の初日に掛布団の衿元に大きな目立つシミ汚れがあるのに気づき、翌朝、フロントに交換をお願いして出かけたのですが交換されずにベッドメーキングされていました。施設が古いのは仕方ないですが、清潔感は保ってほしい。
清掃そのものや、スタッフの方の接遇はみなさん良かっただけに、残念でした。

参加するため近くのホテルが帯広でした
街中のホテルで食事も近くにお店があり
良かったです。
駐車場は、少し遠かったです。

古いホテルという感じはありましたが、
清潔にされていて落ち着ける空間でした
帯広中心街地図を用意してくださってて
とてもわかりやすくたすかりました
