とても満喫させてもらいました。
Pros:

スタッフの方々が親切で丁寧に対応してくれた。
アメニティも豊富。
お部屋も3人で宿泊し、1台エキストラベッドでしたが十分な広さ。
ホテルが駅近な事もあり、スーパー、コンビニ、飲食店全てが近くにあってとても便利。

Cons:

冷蔵庫の温度が低すぎた。

今回の宿泊(8/17-20)は#1403だったが、隣室#1402の家族連れ(8/17-19)が朝晩ずっと出していた騒音、走り回る音、大声に悩まされ続けた。定期的に当ホテルを利用しているが初めての悪い体験であった。室内、廊下での騒音・大声を控える様に宿泊客に注意喚起の処置を強くお願いしたい。東藤

普段全然歩かない私は駅とコンビニと目的地が近いホテルしか選ばないのですが、ここは凄く良かったです。

8月17日15時40分頃にチェックインしましたが、今回の滞在についていくつか非常に残念な点があり、ご連絡いたしました。

まず、チェックイン時に対応された40〜50代くらいの男性スタッフの接客態度が非常に冷たく、エレベーターの場所、客室への行き方、館内設備、チェックアウトについてなど、基本的な案内がほとんどありませんでした。こちらからも質問しづらい雰囲気で、初めて利用する宿泊客への対応としては不親切だと感じました。

その後、水を買いに外出して戻った際、同じ男性スタッフが別のお客様には笑顔で対応し、荷物まで運んでいるところを見ました。私がチェックインした際の対応とはあまりにも差があり、なぜこれほど対応が違うのか疑問に感じるとともに、非常に不快な気持ちになりました。

さらに翌日の8月18日の朝、客室で過ごしていたところ、突然誰かに部屋のドアを開けられました。ドアは少し開いた後すぐに閉められましたが、事前のノックや声かけ、身分を知らせる言葉などは聞こえませんでした。清掃スタッフ等であった可能性もあるとは思いますが、宿泊中の客室を突然開けられたことで非常に驚き、不安を感じました。

特別なサービスを求めているわけではありません。宿泊客に対する最低限の案内、公平で丁寧な接客、そして客室に入る際の適切な確認は、ホテルとして基本的なことだと思います。

今回の一連の件について責任者の方に共有していただき、接客対応の確認と、客室のドアを開けた人物およびその理由について確認のうえ、ご説明いただきたいです。また、今後同じようなことが起こらないよう改善をお願いいたします。
