Pros:

Since we paid more for the rooms they gave us one day free breakfast.

Cons:

I booked the property for 4 people at booking.com but when we get there the staff said the room can accommodate only 3 so we end up getting another room for double the price.

Pros:

I did like the breakfast and breakfast room and lovely ladies that were serving us. The location of the hotel was convenient. Very central in Yokohama, close to public transport.

Cons:

I felt judged and excluded because I do now own a credit card. It was not possible to pay by debit card for some reason so I asked if I can pay via booking.com. the guy at the reception wasn't very nice about it. he was surprised that I don't have a credit card and he wasn't willing to help me much. It felt like he didn't believe I can afford that.

Maybe that was also a problem with booking.com that the charge wasn.t taken from my account but I doubt it as it worked perfectly fine with other hotels in Japan.
The experience was stressful and I wouldn't go back to that hotel again. And I found black hair in my bed.
