Pros:

Very efficient location for transport and organization. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Very noisy neighborhood, maybe bcs of the central station but you can hear garbage trucks and cars all night.

Pros:

Camera dotata di cucinotto, balcone, bagno e aria condizionata .
Cucinotto e frigo utili con tutto il necessario.
La struttura è dotata di un area per fumatori esterna alle camere .
Camere al primo piano senza ascensore.
Receptionist gentili e simpatiche , presenti fino alle 20/21 la sera . Molto disponibili. Al nostro arrivo, prima del check in,ci hanno fatto lasciare i bagagli e al nostro ritorno ci hanno aiutato a portarli alla camera .
Non dispone di bar o ristoranti ma per esigenze dell ultimo minuto c'è un distributore all entrata di bevande e snack.
Molto comodo per visitare la città , in 15 Min a piedi sei nel centro storico.

Cons:

Situato davanti alla stazione di Palermo è comodo da una parte ma problematico dall altro.
Unica nota negativa del soggiorno è stata la quiete notturna: per entrambe le sere, proprio sotto la nostra camera, c'è stata molta confusione e... Come dire ... ATTIVITÀ DI STRADA...fino a tarda notte che hanno reso difficile prendere sonno.
Un continuo via vai, schiamazzi,urla, macchine e motorini in continuo. Abbiamo capito subito che quella zona non era tranquilla al calare del sole.
Hotel dotato di allarme anti rapina.
La zona circostante non è affare o colpa dell hotel però lo sconsiglierei a famiglie che vogliono visitare la città meravigliosa a piedi la sera.
Noi ci siamo privati di questa opportunità. A casa alle 20 fino alla mattina seguente .
Di giorno è un posto, di notte un altro.
Nel complesso all interno della struttura non ho trovato note negative se ci si soggiorna per un periodo breve.

It was a good stay!
Pros:

The room was ventilated, good location from the centre and right next to the train station. The staff was very nice and welcoming.

Cons:

The room wasn’t very soundproof, you could hear the neighbours very well.

Pros:

Localização excelente, tendo em conta que fica em frente a estação central de palermo. Permite apanhar comboio ou autocarro que dá acesso à praia ou ao aeroporto. Padaria perto, Lidl perto e dá para fazer a visita à cidade com uma curta caminhada.

Cons:

Aspeto um pouco antigo do quarto, colchão pouco confortável cozinha um pouco antiquada.
