La prévenance de Guenda, la facilité d'accès grâce aux informations fournies au préalable et à l'emplacement, la chambre et la salle de bain spacieuses.

Cons:

La fréquentation aux alentours, le bruit (ramassage des poubelles en bas de l'immeuble pendant 30 minutes tous les soirs vers 23h).

Ogólnie pobyt udany, był hałas ale czego innego spodziewać się w centrum miasta 🙂
Pros:

Guenda, recepcjonistka była bardzo miła i pomocna. Doceniliśmy także możliwość wzięcia dłuższego i ciepłego prysznica, które ciężko dostać w innych lokalizacjach.

Cons:

Fatalne łóżko. Plecy bolały nas tak, że zdecydowaliśmy się spać w innych miejscach (pozwoliło nam to na spokojne zwiedzanie oczywiście), ale centrum Palermo było naszą bazą wypadową do wszystkich innych miejsc. Nie podobały nam się nieszczelne drzwi. Wszystko dosłownie słychać w dwie strony.

Great central place with friendly staff.
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Guenda went above and beyond to make the early check in possible for us as we were quite tired from the trip. Tidy place in an old building with old, thematic furniture. Location is gold, one can literally walk everywhere from here.

Posizione strategica vicino alla stazione del Treno / Pullman . Guenda è una ragazza molto solare gentile e professionale c’ha fatto sentire subito accolti con tanti consigli su dove mangiare e posti da visitare

Il punto di forza di questa struttura sicuramente risiede nella vicinanza con il centro e con la stazione, con tutti i servizi che quest'ultima fornisce (come le differenti compagnie di trasporto su autobus di cui ci siamo avvalsi)

Cons:

Purtroppo la struttura si affaccia su una piazza particolarmente trafficata a tutte le ore, inoltre è posta proprio sopra un negozio etnico e una sala giochi. Questo comportava un notevole passaggio di persone anche nelle ore notturne che si son rivelate molto fastidiose in un paio di occasioni, in piena notte si son messe a gridare e far rumore. Inoltre ogni mattina, nelle immediate vicinanze del portone di ingresso della struttura, a causa delle persone che frequentavano la notte i locali sopra detti, il marciapiede era pieno di immondizia, bottiglie e lattine abbandonate a terra.
La stanza assegnataci inoltre comunicava un senso di mancata pulizia e trascuratezza (polvere sui mobili, ragnatele sulle travi del soffitto, muri macchiati, padelle sporche nell'angolo cottura)

Great value and spacious room. Kitchen provided but cannot be used 😂
Pros:

Very spacious room and theres a receptionist who was very friendly.

Cons:

A kitchen is provided in the room. But you cannot use the cooktop otherwise you get charged 150 euros and there was a bunch of other rules printed on a piece of paper saying if you breach you will be charged.
