Cons:

高層階を依頼していたものの、ものすごい低層の部屋を案内された

Great place for a short stay.
Pros:

Nice new hotel, 5 min walk from the nearest subway station. Convenient, clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Great property. Got an unexpected upgrade, that made our stay even better. Quiet environment ( inside the hotel and outside on the street )
People use it for weddings, that means it’s a sort of luxury hotel? here in Japan ))
I guess a good stay for couples, adults, elderly, single stay ( not exactly for families with little kids maybe, cos I haven’t seen any kids facilities like a swimming pool or a kids room. I might be wrong though ).

Cons:

Nothing. I was very pleased with overall experience.
