ロケーションもよくホテルの外観も素敵でまた泊まりたいです
Pros:

部屋が広々としていて開放感がある。
窓際のソファが座り心地よく快適でした

Cons:

スキンケアセットが女性2人なのに(ツインのお部屋です)1つしかなかったので、電話して届けて欲しいとお願いしたのですが忘れられてしまったことです

スタッフさん頑張って。
Pros:

お部屋は綺麗だし室内の設備も使いやすく掃除も行き届いていました。スタッフの方々も親切でした。

Cons:

チェックインの際の担当スタッフの方が、中国系の方で、お声がとても小さく聞こえにくかったのでもう少し大きな声でお願いしますと言いました。そして、日本語の理解がもうひとつだったのかもしれません。駐車場利用の延長のことをお聞きしたのですがチェックアウトの延長の事だと勘違いされた様子で話が噛み合いませんでした。でもその後わかったので良かったです。

Pros:

La atención de personal excelente, comodidades en general, desayuno muy bueno.
A la habitación le faltan cajoneras de donde acomodar ropa, en mi caso viajamos con mi Sra. e hija y fue difícil manejarnos con maletas en el piso sin poder acomodar la ropa como se debe.
un detalle que no deja de ser importante para nosotros

種類は豊富だが、思ったより味はイマイチ
朝食待ったので時間が減り種類が豊富なのが逆効果
種類はもう少し減らして味と待ち時間の改善をした方が良いと感じました

Great position to the port but expensive

Pros:

Great room size, very comfortable bed and bathroom, very friendly staff regarding reception and lobby/check-in/check-out.
We did not use the breakfast in the hotel, so I have no comment on this.

Cons:

I would say the following could be a little better:

Sockets for electrical devices (e.g. use of a laptop computer) in the room were quite loose/worn out.
Some staff of the bar/lounging area at ground floor were a little too "cool".
