It was a good stay
Pros:

The rooms are comfortable and the location is excellent

Cons:

The staff was a bit difficult to deal with. For instance, they didn't let us check in at the front desk. We had to go through someone at the lobby that didn't speak english very well. We ended up using Google Translate to communicate.

お部屋は、和テイストで落ち着きました、
レストラン1人になってしまったのですが、気を利かせてくださり、窓側の席にしてくださって。快適でした。
