種類は豊富だが、思ったより味はイマイチ
朝食待ったので時間が減り種類が豊富なのが逆効果

Pros:

Great room size, very comfortable bed and bathroom, very friendly staff regarding reception and lobby/check-in/check-out.
We did not use the breakfast in the hotel, so I have no comment on this.

Cons:

I would say the following could be a little better:

Sockets for electrical devices (e.g. use of a laptop computer) in the room were quite loose/worn out.
Some staff of the bar/lounging area at ground floor were a little too "cool".

Great position to the port but expensive

The staff were very good, we didn't have breakfast as there was not a lot of choice, and not value for money

素敵な横浜体験
Pros:

昨年同様、ホテルの方々の対応もとても気持ち良く、朝食バイキングもとても充実していました。朝食バイキングは子どもたちも大喜びで、普段なかなか食べられないものを各々取っていました。
