It was clean.
The train station can be reached quickly.
There is a gas station nearby.
There are two kitchens on the basement floor with fridges, microwaves, cutlery, pans and pots. Ideal for those wanting to save some money on food.

Cons:

I lived in a basement without any daylight, which wasn’t indicated when I booked the room.
I had to pay twice—when I reserved the hotel and again during check-in (using a computer in front of the door)—though I was refunded a few days later.
The bathroom (shared with the neighboring room) was sometimes locked from the inside by the neighbor or room service and not unlocked afterward. Room service sometimes did not refill toilet paper.
The entire room smelled of smoke. I had to wash all my clothes after returning home.

No second time
Cons:

You can hear so clearly when you neighbor go to toilet, shower , all the activities in the shared bathroom. You can not sleep. Bed sheets were dirty
