Not 5-star
Pros:

The location is great but this is definitely not what I would expect from a 5-star Hilton hotel. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

The dining area is beautiful and probably the reason we booked the hotel from the photos online.

Cons:

Rooms are too small, facilities are not 5-star standard and compared to other 5-star hotels in Sao Paulo at a similar rate, this was not good value for money.

Excelente.
Pros:

Equipe bem treinada, educada e eficiente. Adorei o quarto, espaçoso e confortável.

Cons:

O primeio quarto que ficamos teve probelma no chuveiro. Mas rapidamente a equipe do frontdesk resolveu e nos trocou de quarto.

Pros:

The room was thoughtfully equipped with everything a guest could possibly need—even the smallest items such as a comb, toothpaste, and a toothbrush were provided. In fact, the hotel seemed to anticipate not only everything I could think of, but even things I didn't realize I might need.

Cons:

One small suggestion for improvement: I wish there were staff available to assist guests with carrying their luggage.

Decent Stay
Pros:

I spent 5 nights here recently and overall was generally pleased with the hotel.

The standout was the hotel restaurant. Had many great meals here and the daily breakfast buffet was very nice. Rooms were also spacious. I was upgraded to a suite and it felt like an apartment. Plenty of bathroom amenities as well...I don't think I've ever seen so many before. Room was also clean and the bed comfortable, if not a bit firm.

Location isn't bad, but isn't the best either. You're a good 10-15 min walk uphill to Paulista Avenue in the Jardins neighborhood.....mostly residential in this area with some restaurants here and there. Safety didn't seem to be an issue, although I only walked around during the day.

Price was also good, as there are many more expensive options in the neighborhood, just expect to walk or take an Uber around the city.

Pros:

Great location near to Avenida Paulista, 10min walking from the hotel. Safe area, you can walk around. Sundays you must go to Avenida Paulista and walk the area, good atmosphere. Hotel was great, really comfortable room and good breakfast.

Cons:

Gim was very basic with a few machines to work out, no pool.

O quarto é muito confortável.

Cons:

Ficamos o dia todo fora no Consulado americano e quando voltamos, 17 horas, o quarto ainda não estava limpo. Em um hotel como esse, é inadmissível. A academia é precária, apenas para dizer que existe. Mas o pior foi a internet. Impossível trabalhar no hotel. Internet péssima. Ficamos hospedados há alguns anos e o hotel não evoluiu nada, não melhorou nada, ao contrário.
