チェックイン対応してくださったスタッフさんがとても丁寧で笑顔が素敵な方でした。最初から印象がとても良かったです。
品川駅からも2駅、モノレールの駅も徒歩15分と、とても使いやすかったです。
ホテル周辺は少し暗い道もありましたが、治安の悪さは感じませんでした。静かでよかったです。また利用させていただきたいホテルです。

朝食は常に補充され新鮮でした。塩コショウは見当たりませんでしたがあったら便利だったかなと思います。ホテル全般に渡って清潔で、
エコ意識が高いことがコスパに繋がっていると納得しました。スタッフの方の対応も丁寧で気持ち良かったです。私は2階のベッドで休んだのですがベッド脇で携帯の充電が出来たら最高でした。ホテルは旧東海道沿にあるので品川宿の散策には絶好のチャンス。散策の後は七福神の湯にたっぷり浸かって旅の疲れも癒せる粋なホテルでした。

This was mine and my sister's first hotel we stayed in in Japan. We have stayed in three others since and Super remains the hotel that we have had the best experience with. Every morning the breakfast buffet was delicious, there was free coffee and soft drinks as well as water in the lobby, and even though we opted out of room service, we were still left a bag of fresh towels and toothbrushes as well as water bottles on our door knob every night. We liked the onsen and the staff was very helpful, polite, and professional. We will most certainly be back next time we visit Japan!

Pros:

交通が不便なことと、ホテルまでが住宅地を抜けるので、夜は暗く感じた。
しかし、目的地には歩いてでも行ける距離なので満足です。
ホテルの部屋が少しカビ臭かったです。でも、慣れれば気になりません(笑)
大浴場も満足です。
