Pros:

The hotel is amazing and classy, provided that you do not mind being far from the Old Town it is a perfect selection. The room and its bathroom were spacious, clean, and comfortable; the staff clean the suite at twice a day.

In addition, a positive was their breakfast ending at 11 AM and it being very delicious and halal friendly. The staff in Hoiana also noticed us having a special occasion and without informing them they covered the bill and provided complementary drinks.

Cons:

As an improvement I would suggest adding a bidet in the toilet and allowing for baggage pickup promptly (we were informed it would take 15 minutes).

Highly rate the property and would recommend.
Pros:

The property was stunning, if we were in Australia it would be a high end resort. The resort upgraded us, so our room was a penthouse overlooking the beach and pool area.
Infinity pool was nice and quiet with a stunning view
Bonus electric curtains, the shower with a view

Cons:

In Asia all the beds are extremely hard, have not found a resort yet with a comfortable bed. Not the property fault….
I could not fault the resort or the amenities itself.

We had a lovely time at your beautiful resort which created very special memories!
Pros:

We loved the modern and new feel of the property, the hotel room we had with the ocean view was stunning and the resort was outstanding! We will definitely be back as your resort is a wonderful experience in such a pristine location on the beach with beautiful gardens and variety of pools. The service at the infinity pool was fantastic!

Cons:

My only complaint is that we went to a lot of trouble to arrange our transport to the airport with concierge helping us with their advice and assistance the day before but on our departure the transport did not turn up which caused a lot if stress and problems at the airport. Not good enough!

New hotel with very big luxury rooms. Amazing views of the sea. Good
Pros:

The views of the sea were amazing . We got an upgrade to an even better room (they gave a 160 m2 room !!!). The staff was very accommodating and provided a personal service, offered recommendations for restaurants and even booked for us . It was my birthday and they had organized a cake and a nice surprise. The spa was excellent (and so were the massages ). Breakfast was very good too. Although the hotel is about 25’minutes from Hoi An centre , the hotel provides very convenient shuttle bus service . It is a very modern hotel and I would have usually booked a boutique hotel in Hoi An, but I don’t regret it . It was an amazing experience.

Best hotel ever
Pros:

It was the best hotel in my life. Everywhere around the hotel is very clean and all the staffs were extremely kind and polite. Manager Tina, Kate, and Helen helped me prepare my boy’s birthday celebration. My boy was so happy about it. Thank you very much! I will definitely stay this hotel again
