Die Lage im oberen Stock und unser Zimmer mit Blick auf den Park, den Hafen und das ATATÜRK MONUMENT war phantastisch!
Obwohl wir ein Standartzimmer buchten, bekamen wir das schönste Zimmer des Hotels!
Auch gab es einen Lift.

Cons:

Zum Frühstück gabs Tee, Pommes, Würstchen, 3 Sorten Käse, hartgekochtes Ei, Oliven, etwas Salat mir Tomatenvierteln, Gurke, etwas Öl und Erdbeermarmelade. Honig, fritiertes Gebäck und Weißbrot.
Die Musik war uns beim Frühstücken zu laut (75 - 83 dB) und wurde trotz mehrfachem Bitten nicht leiser gestellt.
Der Kellner managte das Restaurant alleine (vermutlich 24×7) und und wirkte gestresst.
Er sprach nur türkisch. Auch wurde im Lokal während des Frühstücks geraucht.

Die Reiniging unseres Zimmers wurde von der zuständigen Reinigungskraft vernachlässigt, stattdessen führte sie längere private Telefonate in Nachbarzimmern. Zudem verhielt sie sich unfreundlich. Tagelang stand leeres Geschirr mit Speiseresten von Gaesten im Treppenhaus.
Fazit: Wir hatten den Eindruck, Europäer seien in diesem Hotel nicht willkommen.

Местоположение центр!Много кафе, ресторанов, магазинов. Вид из окна на городской парк.

Cons:

В букинге заявлено 4 звёзды, на ресепшене 3, по факту 2. Горы мусора перед входом в отель. Шумно , внизу ресторан с живой музыкой до 12 ночи, а в 5 утра уже мечеть, она рядом. Уборка и чистота желают лучшего. Изголовье зеркальное отколот кусок.

Cons:

The bathroom was very bad nothing worked, the staff was very rude. Almost everything in the room was broken. The bed was very bad en we couldn’t sleep well. The entry key card was broken en we needed to get in the room with a manual key. When we first arrived the fridge was filled with a lot of towels because the fridge leaked water, our room was under the water. They give new towels once in two days.

Nice, but I wouldn’t rate it as a 4 stars hotel…
Pros:

The location is very good, with a nice view to the public park and partially to the castle. The room is clean and the beds are very comfortable

Cons:

It s really not a 4 stars hotel.
The shower is almost broken, the water is super hot for a few seconds, then is suddenly super cold, the internet basically does not work, the towels were not changed during 5 nights of stay. And I can continue with many other examples…
