La habitación muy cómoda y amplia, muy interesante la decoración tanto de la habitación como de los exteriores, la alberca y restaurante-bar confortables, una cava decorada con elementos taurinos espectacular.
El ambiente muy tranquilo, para de verdad descansar, recordar que es un hotel solo adultos, por lo que no hay el bullicio de los pequeños, bastante recomendable para una escapada de fin de semana y cerca de Guadalajara, así como también de Ajijic para las comidas o cenas, el hotel solo ofrece desayuno.
El desayuno muy básico, es a la carta y solo 3 opciones: Huevos, Chilaquiles o Waffles, jugo de naranja (No fresco), café de olla o leche.
Muy escasa interacción personal, el desayuno, necesidades, contacto con la administración, todo es vía whatsapp, si te lo resuelven, pero queda esa sensación de no saber quien es tu anfitrión (al menos para nuestra generación, probablemente los más jóvenes lo encuentran bien por así estar acostumbrados a los dispositivos electrónicos).
We left immediately after arriving. The tranquil atmosphere in the lobby was promising. But the rooms turned out extremely small with a bed so small two adults can impossible sleep on it. Ventilator wasn’t working! There was loud music of one of the other guests, the hotel personnel did not say anything of it. All rooms are very close to each other and therefore there is absolutely no privacy. Since we booked only one hour before arriving, but had expected a little flexibility of the owner. But he refused any form of refund and told us to arrange something with Booking. I would strongly advise everyone not to go here. It’s totally overpriced for what it offers and poor service of the owner.
I stay at Casa Miura primarily because of the location. My friends live in the neighborhood and the hotel is near my favorite breakfast restaurant.
The room is a bit dark. The shower takes a few minutes to provide hot water. The wifi is very poor. But none of these issues will stop me from recommending the hotel to friends.
Hotel is inconsiderate to neighbors! Rio Nazas is/was a two way street, until the hotel told guests and workers to park diagonally (parallel parking is plentiful). This reduces our street to ONE WAY in front of the hotel. This disturbs traffic only for local residents, since the hotel is at the bottom of the street. Multiple requests from local residents have been ignored, or rudely dismissed. I would never recommend a business who displays no consideration for its immediate neighbors!
Super relaxing. Very quiet and a nice place to enjoy yourselves
Everything was good
The location is excellent; in a neighborhood near friends and restaurants. In a quiet residential area. The garden is lovely and the pool is clean.
I would make several recommendations; a) facial tissues are common in most hotels, there were none. b) a small refrigerator, for the convenience of guests, is also common in many hotels. c) the wi-fi was a bit unreliable. It went on and off several times throughout my stay. But these are minor inconveniences.
The location of the hotel is perfect for me. It is near two of my favorite restaurants. The room was lovely, it had a enormous bathtub and the bed was a king and very comfortable. This suite also had a great refrigerator and kitchen facilities.
There was no cutlery or plates and only two water glasses. Other than that it was a great room.

Suite #2 "Palapa" has a nice big tub and the room is very fresh during a hot day.

Several things to consider and improve:
Suite #2 bathroom has only half wall which makes it not fully isolated from rest of the room and bathroom door does not close completely.
No hot water in the shower.
Bathtub was missing bath bubbles and salts , the bottles were empty, we requested but we never got them.
Also, this room is not sound proof so be prepared to wake up at 5am due to the neighboors rooster .
After complaining to management, we were offered the PH, which has sound proof windows and its more a typical suite .
Bed sheets not so comfortable
Bathtub was dirty.
Breakfast included was ok, no fruit included though.
Overall there were several details that could have been avoided before we complained, the staff reacted favorable and tried their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible.Dont expect any answer after 9pm from front desk, its a small town we understand but when you pay San Miguel de Allende prices you expect at least the same service.
There was not a Breakfast offered to us . Which was stated in the add.
This place is over priced, the first room the air did not work at the time and the refrigerator was unplug and was hot 3 hours later. We asked for another room and everything worked properly . In the morning they said they fixed everything and wanted us to move back into to that room .I told them I didn’t come here to spend my time moving they wanted 2000 peso more to stay in that room. It says dog friendly but no additional fees are stated . They wanted 2000 peso more. We spent 975 us for 4 nights . I called booking . Com what a waste of time they sent me a email stating that every thing was worked out an we would only be staying two days we paid for 4days.I gave them 2000 peso more and that was that . I will never book through any service like this again . You have no recourse at least with your credit card company you can dispute . In final the place looks nice in pictures but needs work out side lights didn’t work no way this place is worth this kind of money . Greg Sanders Ps it says full kitchen but no pot or pans lol.
Convenient location, polite staff, room was cleaned daily, bed was made daily, quiet surroundings, local secure parking.
