The innkeeper and staff were exceptional, as was our room and the inn & grounds.
Pros:

Breakfasts were delicious and the dining room is lovely. Attentive staff made the breakfasts perfect!

Pros:

I never leave reviews but I have to for this one. This old victorian house (Ullikana) was absolutely amazing!!! I travel a lot and besides my own bed this was the best bed I've ever slept in!!! I absolutely loved everything about this place. The terrace was an amazing view of the ocean and it felt like it was in a quite little place all it's own but just walking distance away from the busy shops and restaurants. The best was absolutely the best I've ever had anywhere ever!!! Thank you Susie for being a great hostess!!! I will definitely book here again.

That I didn't have enough time to spend here.

Perfect location, great staff
Pros:

The staff was warm, welcoming, helpful and efficient. The facility was immaculate and the location is perfect for enjoyment of Bar Harbor and the area. The breakfast was very good.

The room was a bit small for the price.

We would definitely stay there again!
Pros:

Pretty facilities, in an excellent location. The staff is lovely and friendly and the in Manager, Garrett Lee is wonderful.

Very relaxing and would love to return some day.
Pros:

Susy and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and should not be missed! The location is perfect, a one minute walk to all the shops and restaurants and harbor area, yet very quiet and peaceful.
