Loved it!
Pros:

Love the breakfast and Susy and Garrett were so very helpful! Love the convenience of walking to all the local restaurants and pubs. We will be back!

The location is fabulous as well as the grounds, great view from the chairs on the lawn.

Pros:

Excellent customer service. Personable. Excellent breakfast. Very comfortable bed. We had a cozy fireplace in room. Location was excellent. Easy to walk around the downtown area, short walk to reach marina.

An unforgettable stay with exceptional hospitality.

Our stay in Bar Harbor was absolutely wonderful. Besides visiting Acadia National Park and enjoying this spectacular town surrounded by the beauty of the sea and mountains, we had the pleasure of staying at Bass Cottage & Ullikana Inn.

These charming late-19th-century homes have a unique atmosphere that makes you feel as though you have stepped back in time. Every detail adds to the special character and warmth of the experience.

What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the staff. Susie and the entire team welcomed us with genuine warmth, kindness, and personalized attention. In my case, it is something I will always remember. Their hospitality made us feel truly special from the moment we arrived.

The breakfast was also excellent and was the perfect way to start each day.

I wholeheartedly recommend Bass Cottage & Ullikana Inn to anyone traveling to Bar Harbor. It is a beautiful and memorable place to stay, and I am sure you will not regret choosing it.

Location was excellent! Facilities were lovely!!
Pros:

Location, location, location!
The beds were so comfortable!
The inn was lovely. The staff was very accommodating!

Cons:

Our room (dandelion) was very small. The shower was not great (no water pressure, and it kept flooding behind the shower area) For a bed and breakfast of your caliper, the breakfast was very disappointing. We actually skipped a day, to find a better meal.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and first time in Bar Harbor
Pros:

Staff were welcoming and helpful. Our room was comfortable and quiet with a nice sized bathroom. Our room was on the top floor only accessible by stairs but no complaints from us about getting some extra steps in.

Pros:

I never leave reviews but I have to for this one. This old victorian house (Ullikana) was absolutely amazing!!! I travel a lot and besides my own bed this was the best bed I've ever slept in!!! I absolutely loved everything about this place. The terrace was an amazing view of the ocean and it felt like it was in a quite little place all it's own but just walking distance away from the busy shops and restaurants. The best was absolutely the best I've ever had anywhere ever!!! Thank you Susie for being a great hostess!!! I will definitely book here again.

That I didn't have enough time to spend here.

Perfect location, great staff
Pros:

The staff was warm, welcoming, helpful and efficient. The facility was immaculate and the location is perfect for enjoyment of Bar Harbor and the area. The breakfast was very good.
