次回金沢に来る時もまた必ず泊まりたいです。
Pros:

スイートを利用させて頂いたため子供が小さくて動き回っても広々と使えて便利でした。
部屋も新しく、清潔で、快適でした。
スタッフの方々もどの方もとても心のこもった接客で嬉しかったです。ラウンジのドリンクバーはお酒類も豊富でお酒好きとしてはとてもありがたいです。
駅から近くて、タクシー乗り場もすぐ近く、観光にも便利です。

Cons:

特段は見当たりませんが、コインランドリーの数が客室数に対して圧倒的に足りません笑

Pros:

Location , amenities & spacious room

Cons:

The breakfast , scrambled egg were cold and not enough variety. Strange system of only 1 person being allowed a free breakfast and the other had to pay. Either do it as no breakfast or breakfast at a cost.

ゆっくり休めました。ありがとうございました。安全と言う事の重要性を強く感じました。
Pros:

ベットが良く、ぐっすり休むことができた。

Cons:

元々の入り口がわかりにくい。自動ドアから入ってもこのエレベータがどこへ行くのか。フロントがどこにあるのか判らず。外を二周三周して困った。何と不親切ホテルだろうと思った。部屋に入る前に歯磨きセット等の説明、エレベーターで階に行く時の部屋のカードの使い方など初めて利用する、日本人の古い人間には少し恥をかかなければ、知識が無い者には少し難しいなと感じました。
