We had a 3 night stay in a Twin Bed, Kitchen studio in May 2026. This room is 41sqm and so was the largest room we booked on our holiday to Japan. There is a full kitchen with larger size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, utensils, dining table for 2, lounge that can be converted to a sofa bed and 2 wardrobe areas which meant storage and hanging space was generous.
The beds are Japan firm but not overly uncomfortable, comparable to most hotels in Japan.
Our room overlooked the train tracks but we heard absolutely no noise from the trains at all.
The room aircon worked incredibly well, no issues.
The hotel is almost new, and everything was super clean.
Access to the train station is easy and very convenient. There is a very small uncovered section of street before you get to the hotel entryway (really not a big deal), otherwise you can enter via the Cross gate shopping centre.
The hotel has a nice terrace area and provides free drinks/snacks (including wine, beer, sake) to guests which was very pleasant in the afternoons and early evenings.
We had breakfast included in our stay and only utilised this on one morning, it was not the best variety or quality (scrambled eggs are not good) but there were some tasty items. I would recommend just eating breakfast out of the hotel.
There are many dining options at the train station or in the Forus shopping centre on the other side of the station.
The Omicho market is a do-able walk from the hotel and station.
We really enjoyed our stay here.

Great location, a washing machine is a big plus, and the kitchen is well equipped. Ideal for travelers who enjoy cooking while traveling.
Need to take one elevator to the lobby and then another to reach the room. Rooms without a view, can hear a little noise from passing trains.
