Excellent place to stay and explore.
Pros:

Big apartment-like room. Well appointed and very comfortable. Adjacent to main train station, bus services, shopping and restaurants. Great free flow drinks in guest lobby. Laundry facilities. Helpful staff.

Very nice room and great location to the Kanazawa station.
Pros:

Upon arrival, we were told the price for using the H Bar. Later we found out that as Hyatt House guests, we could use the H Bar for free from 11am-8pm. So unfortunately, we didn’t make full use of it. It might’ve been a language miscommunication. The rest of our stay was wonderful.

Cons:

As stated above, the miscommunication by the staff on our arrival. We were not told that as guests that we could use the H Bar for free from 11am-8pm. The next day another staff member explained that the price quoted was for the public.

最高だったのでまた利用したい！
Pros:

駅からのアクセスの良さ、バスルームが広い、部屋の広さやインテリア、照明、タオルなど、全て満足でした。
特にラウンジで寛げるのがとてもよかったです。
今回はフリードリンクの時間帯に滞在出来なかったが残念でしたが、充分のんびり過ごさせていただき満足です。次回は是非利用したいです。

駅近で部屋が広い

Cons:

スタッフの説明不足
朝食が一泊に付き1人分付いているが追加も出来る。
その場合は、1人2277円と説明を受けた。
なので、1人だけ食べたのだが、清算時に請求された。1人分の朝食が付いていると言われなければ、わざわざ食べに行かなかった。

電子レンジの中が、使えない程異臭やホコリで汚れていた。
