整體大致上都很不錯，有再去金澤仍會選擇入住
Pros:

地點優越，位於金澤站西口，免費飲品很佛心，空間大、明亮，有流理台和微波爐

Cons:

Check out無法給客人收據（只給稅金收據），需要另外跟Booking索取，增加客人極大不便

Pros:

Everything was great! The room was spacious with 4 beds and space to move around. The hotel is right next to the station but also next to 2 great shopping and dining areas (less than 5min). 15 to 20 min walk to geisha district and a short ride to the samouraï one. The service was great, the staff helped us with sending our luggage and the lobby area was nicely decorated and comfortable. Our son loved the kutatsu! Definitely recommend the place!

またこのホテルに泊まるために金沢を訪れたいと思える滞在でした。
Pros:

今回の旅行で宿泊したすべてのホテルの中で、こちらが間違いなく一番素晴らしい滞在でした。

客室（アパートメントタイプ）はとても広く、私たち用に大きなベッドが2台、そして息子のためにあらかじめ整えられたソファベッドが用意されていました。ソファベッドは想像以上に大きく、ピロートップが付いていたことでさらに快適だったようです。

バスルーム、洗面台、トイレがそれぞれ独立しており、とても使いやすい造りでした。さらに、客室内には食器洗い機まで備えられていて（今回は使用しませんでしたが）、大きめの冷蔵庫もあり、飲み物や食べ物を十分に収納することができました。

キッチン設備も非常に充実しており、ワイングラスやコップ、ケトル、カトラリー類に加え、カフェインレスコーヒー、砂糖、甘味料まで用意されていて、本当に細やかな配慮を感じました。

室内には小さなテーブルもあり、旅行日記を書くのが好きな私にとって、とても心地よい時間を過ごすことができました。奥にはクローゼットもあり、衣類の収納にも困りませんでした。あまりの快適さに「ここに住みたい」と思ったほどです。

また、ホテルのラウンジスペースも大変魅力的でした。一定時間まで追加料金なしでワインなどのドリンクを楽しむことができ、家族はゆったりと会話の時間を過ごしていました。このように気軽にくつろげる空間があるホテルは決して多くないと思います。

ホテルは金沢駅からも非常に近く、移動がとても便利でした。駅にはコンビニやレストランも充実しており、ホテル周辺にも飲食店があり大変便利でした。

このホテルに宿泊するために、また金沢を訪れたいと思えるほど素晴らしい滞在でした。

特に改善してほしい点は見当たりませんでした。
滞在中はすべてにおいて大変満足しており、快適そのものでした。

強いて言えば、チェックアウトしなければならなかったことが少し残念に感じたほどです。またぜひ宿泊したいと思っております。

Pros:

お部屋もそうなのですが、とにかくラウンジの雰囲気、使い勝手、居住性、快適さが文句なしに素晴らしいです。お酒やソフトドリンクの飲み放題もありがたく、冬場のこたつもとてもアットホーム。ハイアット「ハウス」という名に合うコンセプトがしっかりマッチし過ぎてて大満足です。

Cons:

特にはないのですが、強いて言うならば朝食料金が含まれていたのが1人分だけだったのでそこだけわかりにくかったです。

次回金沢に来る時もまた必ず泊まりたいです。
Pros:

スイートを利用させて頂いたため子供が小さくて動き回っても広々と使えて便利でした。
部屋も新しく、清潔で、快適でした。
スタッフの方々もどの方もとても心のこもった接客で嬉しかったです。ラウンジのドリンクバーはお酒類も豊富でお酒好きとしてはとてもありがたいです。
駅から近くて、タクシー乗り場もすぐ近く、観光にも便利です。

Cons:

特段は見当たりませんが、コインランドリーの数が客室数に対して圧倒的に足りません笑
