Pros:

It was an ok stay for the most part but if you're working a 12 hr shift on day shift you will miss out on alot since the office close by 7p. I never got my room cleaned or new bedding. Now the staff are great. Friendly and have great communication and very helpful.

Pros:

My stay was an emergency stay so I couldn't complain or acknowledge anything that was wrong so I just sucked it up and cleaned my room to the best I could and made hbd best out of my stay and the only thing that was good was the customer service at check in that was it

Pros:

No internet. Heat didn’t work. Shower leaked.no room service. No kitchen utensils. Vomit in the elevator. Tv service was good.

The Front desk clerk needs more training!!!!
Pros:

The communication with the front desk could've been a little better. The attendant was very dismissive and judgemental.
